Sent my mom to this store to look at bathroom fixtures. Nobody could help her since they are appointment only. Melanie (receptionist) gave her the wrong address to the Alpharetta location. Sent an email to manager for information and an appointment. Got a response with basic information, no appointment was offered. Alpharetta location was a lot more helpful.

Please ask for Justin. He is really fast at replies and is still answering texts about things from over a year ago. He is action-oriented and will get things done. I would highly recommend him to my friends and family!

We worked with Alexandra at Ferguson for a year on the selection, purchase and install all of appliances and plumbing/bath fixtures for our custom home project. We had a fantastic experience. Very professional, responsive, extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend them!!

Tried to purchase a $500 shower fixture and they flagged it for fraud. No phone call or explanation. I’m actually happy it happened because I found the same shower fixture in Amazon for $200 less. ??♀️

The selection of fixtures is beautiful and the staff is what I really found amazing, every single member of the staff each and individually were extremely helpful and pleasant and every one of them asked me at various time if. Needed any help and felt sincere and happy in their asking me , you just do not find that quality of assistance anymore anymore. Bravo to them ! I’d buy there even if I didn’t want anything.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Lexi, our sales person, was very responsive and easy to communicate with up until we placed our appliance order. After we placed the order and paid in full, she was completely AWOL. The appliance delivery date came and went with no communication from Ferguson. When we called multiple times to inquire about the delivery, nobody could find our order despite having a receipt with an order number and customer number. It is pure unadulterated incompetence at Ferguson. We are still waiting to find out when delivery can be rescheduled. During this whole ordeal, Lexi was unreachable and unresponsive. Had I known this would have been our experience, we would have ordered from a different supplier. The disdain Ferguson has shown to us as customers has turned me off from every purchasing again from them.

If you want to be treated like Julia Roberts in pretty woman where the sales people assume you have no money to spend and treat you as if you are a piece of gum their shoe go to this Buckhead Ferguson. I've never ever been treated as if I was such a nuisance. Horrible people.

Closed when it was supposed to be open - We learned from the website that it was open from 9 to 5 on Fridays. We drove 35 minutes to the showroom at 3 pm. The door was locked, with a note saying "open 9 to 5". Called the store, and got the answer "unfortunately that locate decided to close early" What???

Build with Ferguson delivered a damaged stove. They refuse to make an even exchange, and has referred me to Whirlpool, the maker of the stove. Lane, in the Office with the President, says she cannot help. Build with Ferguson has, essentially, stolen $1,300.00 from me by delivering a broken stove and refusing to replace it. Please learn from my mistake and DO NOT order from Build with Ferguson. I wish I had purchased the same stove from Lowe’s.

I raised this review from 1 to 3 stars because after posting, I noticed that the store manager had responded to some of the other complaints below. I contacted him directly and he met with me, acknowledged the issue, and provided a replacement shower head. That was a great experience.I would have given 5 stars based on this experience except that their “customer service” team was so lousy and refused to elevate the issue to someone who could help. I was lucky to find his name here otherwise we would have been stuck with the defective part of had to replace it on our own.If you have a problem with something you buy here snd customer service is unhelpful, contact the store manager directly.Ferguson does not stand behind their products providing terrible “customer service” for a high end, expensive store. We ordered a 10” rain shower head and four years later, the rubber tips that the water streams out of at each hole are disintegrating and falling out. Should be straight forward to replace if we could get these replacement parts but Ferguson is providing no assistance, leaving us to have to replace a $1000 shower head after only 4 years. Extremely disappointing.
