This place is getting a 5 Star review for one reason and one reason only. SHBRITTA, she is a rock star employee! I was at the wrong location, but she went above and beyond to try and help me track down my FedEx package. Truly can't thank her enough, because so many others would have just said, " your at the wrong place, good luck". So thank you Shbritta for being so kind and helpful.

My visit to this facility was packed with the most incredible customer service experience that I've ever encountered. Mr. Joseph and Ms. Shbrita are phenomenal leaders. If a choice has to be made on which locations to visit, it will definitely be the 4400 International Pkway location. Thanks guys and keep up the fantastic work ?

I am writing to bring to your attention an unfortunate experience I had with the security guard stationed at the guard shack at 4409 International Parkway, Atlanta, GA 30354, this morning 07/29/2024.
The security guard on duty was extremely rude to me. While I was trying to speak with her, she was scrolling through her phone and speaking to me in a very disrespectful manner. This behavior made me feel very uncomfortable and disrespected.
I believe that security personnel should exhibit professionalism and courtesy, especially when interacting with the public. I hope that this matter can be addressed appropriately to ensure that such incidents do not happen in the future.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER RECEIVED. ADRIANA L LEE IS TERRIBLY RUDE AND HAS NO KNOWLEDGE OF HER POSITION. ZERO HELP AFTER THEIR TRUCK BROKE DOWN I STILL CANT PICK UP MY PACKAGES. VERY RUDE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY.

I WISH I COULD LEAVE A ZERO! Horrible customer service. I have been trying to get a package for two days. The driver keeps noting the deliver as “we attempted to deliver”, however I was at home both days, WITH a ring camera & the driver never came to the door either day. I talked to customer service and they kept pushing me to come pick it up myself, when I PAID for FedEx delivery.
