Wow! The service I received at this location from Shay and Brooke was exceptional! I went into this location which is located in the HUB / Hyatt hotel (Atlanta) and I was eagerly greeted by two ladies. I was a bit frazzled and needed help with printing images and shipping my packages! I can’t believe the service and the quality that was provided! They instantly put me at ease and made sure I was happy with the images that I needed to send out. There are quite a few fed ex locations on peachtree but this location at the Hyatt will be my go to because of the service provided thanks to Shay and Brooke. So grateful for their help and service today!

I needed a poster printed at this site. I called and they gave me their site's email so i could submit the poster directly to them (versus FedEx website). They promptly followed up to clarify expectations, confirm order, and take payment. The service was friendly and everything was as expected. Big thanks to Ondonjay and Steven!

Great location!!! Azia & Marquis were very helpful!!! Came across this location while searching for another & I am glad I did. The store is clean, quiet & small. The one thing that will make me a regular customer at this location is the customer service!!! I used the self service printer to print some important documents & the staff was right there to assist. Will definitely use this location for any future printing/copying or mailing needs. Keep up the great work guys!!!

F this place. $10 handling fee to receive a package. So I sent something via FedEx to a FedEx store and yet FedEx is charging me to sign for a package. F' you!

This is by far one of the most helpful and friendly FedEx Office locations I've been to. And that is saying a lot because I have never had any bad experiences at any of them! I called in a frenzy because I needed something printed asap and Andrew jumped right into action. Between him and Azia I felt so comfortable and confident with my order and the entire process. Both of them were able to assist me over the phone and even call me back with updates. Meeting them in person was the best part of it all. I was greeted with big smiles that reassured me I had come to the right place. Thank you all!

Not sure why this place has such a low rating. I went there today and Kevin was super helpful. He took his time to explain how to access the file I needed to make copies of as well as taking extra time to explain details of pricing and what method would be most convenient. We had a great conversation as he was helping me out. He was respectful, unassuming, and inquisitive. I would go back anytime

Terrible service. The computer uses a credit card prepay set up that charges by the minute. The system itself uses some sort of software that most email services will flag as being specious therefore blocking your ability to login into your email.

Because it's in a hotel, there's a $10 surcharge on every transaction. Oh, and the nearest parking lot cost $8 for about 2 hours (the only option other than a full day).

This location needs a new staff. They are like walking zombies. Non personable. They appear bothered by questions. And completely disengaged. Hopefully my package gets to its destination
