At times, the place may be empty, and you won't have to wait in line. Most of the time, there's just one staff member, and you may have to wait for 15 minutes or more. But, the staff are exceptional and courteous.

I needed a large laminated poster for an event and the store manager Ashley called me within minutes of submitting the inquiry to clarify details and schedule proofs and printing. She was so nice and helpful every step of the way! The prints turned out beautiful and I would go out of my way to get printing services at this location in the future.

I just had a lovely experience with Ashley at this FedEx location. She was incredibly friendly and helpful. She carried that same enthusiasm and work ethic with each customer that entered the store.
