I needed it help bc I delta send my baggage to Boston and they said that FedEx will send it to my house and I was giving all the information to the guy Trae and made me waste more than 35 minutes leaving my by myself online and his best answer was idk idk idk also the manager didn’t care either bc “she had millions things to do”

I didn’t catch his name, but the man with the bald head and goatee has probably the worst attitudes I’ve ever encountered. The policy being employees are not allowed to come to our cars and help is one thing, but to tell me the solution is to bring someone else to help is crazy. No greeting, no eye contact, just complete disdain.

I need to print two pages from my email for a job, about 50 cents. the only way to print is for a 5.00 charge. I only have 3$ on my card I asked three of the employees who are leaning on the bookshelf just talking if there was anyway I can just get the printed pages cause I don't have 5 dollars. And then Gerald rudely without looking up from his cell phone said well if we help you it's cost more. You have to pay us $2.50 plus the cost of the pints. The store is empty I'm the only customer. Why? WHY can't I just get the product I need? Oh and i walked about an hour to get here, so I walked away and now I don't know where to get just two pieces of paper printed.

Had my phone shipped via FedEx for trade-in. The short guy working there named Tre sent an empty box and kept the phone for himself. He was being very apprehensive and would not let me see him package the item. I thought I would be fine since I had a receipt and the item was scanned, I was wrong. Do not visit this location, the workers here are dishonest crooks.

This is my second encounter with I believe his name is “Gordon or Gerald” in the last week. The printer in my building was out of order and I need to print a few documents. During that time he was sitting on the counter on his phone and proceeded to ignore me. So much so that another employee helped me instead.Today, I came back to fax the documents and Gordon (bald black guy) was there again on his phone. I asked him for help with the fax machine and he had a blatantly rude demeanor as if I needed to figure it out. The employees in general stay on their phone watching videos (because I can hear it while they huddle around). Yet, you can’t even come over an help someone who needs 2 minutes of your time!? These reviews are completely ACCURATE and I’ll never be back!The interesting thing is, I was so bothered by how I was treated I called my friend down the street who immediately told me before I even said anything that that place is full of rude employees.I’d to see anyone lose their job, but most if not all of them need to be gone.

The worst customer service I’ve experienced. I didn’t catch the name but the bald guy that was there this morning was just rude for no reason. While I was in there he spoke with such an attitude with the other customers as well.My experience:When I walked in, I made sure to say that I had a large file to print of 700 pages and he led me to the self print. I was having trouble signing into my Dropbox and asked for help. He proceeded to say he couldn’t help me and that I needed to email it but bc the file was so large, I wouldn’t be able to get the files right away. I asked why and he said “well I could get busy at any point and may not be able to print so many. I don’t even think I can do it in one day” …. Mind you there was NO ONE in there. All the time he took making excuses, he could’ve started. I said Nevermind, left the store, called the ups which is literally across the street and asked if this was a task they could do. Not only were they much nicer in delivering, but they welcomed me and printed all of my documents within 10 min.Do yourself a favor and skip this store. Go to the guys at UPS across the street.

I would not recommend this location to anyone that has to conduct business. I went to this location to return my modem to AT&T. The store clerk "Chris" a woman was extremely rude and dismissive today. She did not greet me and was very cold. Then when I addressed her about her behavior she act as if I was the problem. Her attitude has to be one the worst! Very condescending and should not be at the front line of any business. She would be fired if she was my associate. This location would have a minus 0 if it was allowed. I will never return to this location.
