I needed to ship to packages, so I went to this FedEx to get 2 domestic way bills. The store person told me they no longer keep them in the store. So, I went back to the car got the letters and cash to pay. The store person then told me they are not accepting cash. Needless to say my packages are not getting mailed today (I left my cards at home). I have never seen a business so quick to send a paying customer out the door by not having the most basic things necessary to operate a business. FedEx is getting as bad as the postal service.

Denise is literally one of the nicest people I’ve conversed with! I love coming into a FedEx and having interaction because you don’t always see that and she went above and beyond so making me smile and set me up in good spirits for a big meeting so I appreciate you!

I was having a really bad day.. Jacob was courteous and helped me with a package that was supposed to be mailed at UPS. Instead of having me ship it at FedEx he kindly directed me to the nearest UPS. Service was friendly. I usually do the printandgo service and have 0 issues.

Arrived to this store at 6:47p and found it was already closed, but the operating hours are 9-7. I stood outside till the employee noticed me (3 min).At 6:50 the employee opens the door to inquire about me and another person who was waiting outside what we needed. I asked if the store was closed to which she replied “No, we are not closed, but I’m only accepting drop offs. There were too many customers inside (2) so I had to close the door.” I replied I need a shipping label. She said that it would take her till after 7 when she would be able to do it. So she took the drop off and declined to let me in although I arrived well before 7p.This store is in a busy area and apparently just arbitrarily closed when they feel like it so you don’t know when it’s safe to come. It’s likely they aren’t opening early, but if closed 13 min before close, then maybe they are closed 15-20 min before close. Who knows.Don’t go here if you have anything important to ship. They don’t value you or what your shipping here.

Generally don't post reviews, but the customer service is indeed horrible at this location. Employees are too busy looking at their phones, and not helpful in the least in helping to track package that was sent back after a 5 day holding period.

Horrible customer service. Absolutely clueless staff and it costed me extra $20 for no good reason. I don’t think they train their employees. FedEx is a pathetic service.

Crooks. Printed out an obituary twice. First time was great, however the 2nd time cashier messed up my paper and then lied about it being correct and then took the receipt and made it seem like it was my mistake. Either this is corrected or I will be filing a dispute with my bank. Since no one wants to take accountability.

Save yourself the hassle and go to UPS. FedEx is as unreliable as the titanic on an arctic expedition. It's actually astonishing how seldom they can successfully deliver a package.

I walked into this location to use the rentable computer early April 2022. The computer froze while I was trying to navigate printing a pdf file from my e-mail. One employee at the front desk had me send the pdf to a fed ex print address, and I was able to print it out that way. I asked the same employee how to proceed, with printing another document, since the computer had frozen. I was told to turn the computer off and move to another computer to start the process over again. I followed instructions…..was not able to print the document on the second computer; but I was able to log off and get a receipt of my time on that computer. I went to the front desk afterwards, and asked for a receipt of my time on the first computer that froze. Jacob, the manager, first blew me off entirely; then he stated that I wasn’t charged for the time on the first computer that froze therefore no receipt could be generated. I bought a file folder and left. I called fed ex customer service number, and stated that I didn’t get a receipt for my time on rentable computer that froze. They then contacted the store, and spoke to Jacob, the manager, who reassured them that I wasn’t charged for the time in the computer that froze. Low and behold, I was charged $4.25 for use of that computer, when the charges cleared in my bank account. Bold-faced lie by management there; still no receipt from them.

I went to pick a package that needed a signature and couldn’t be delivered at my home. The person at the counter was extremely rude. She asked for my tracking number and didn’t listen beyond the first four digits. She went and looked at the packages and said it was not available. I showed my tracking status that the package was ready for pickup at that particular location. She said it had to delivered. I even mentioned that it would say delivered only when it was actually picked up or delivered to me. She was under trained and I had to request her to check for it again which she did with a big attitude only to find my package to be there.Please train you employees to do their job!
