I had the most pleasant experience today at this location. Kylie was the associate who assisted me. She was extremely friendly and patient with me to make sure my items were packaged with care.
I appreciate her attention to detail and offering me the most economical options for my shipment! She was amazing and her kindness should be highlighted!

Was shipping several large boxes to move across the country and the staff (especially McKinley) was super helpful and answered any questions I had. They ensured that I was not worried about the process and the delivery time is really quick for the price too!

Fedex seems to have robbers delivering the shipment in Atlanta region. Laptop and Pendrive stolen in different shipments. Raised a complaint, they just gave a complaint number and case closed. Audacity of the idiotic drivers is that, signed by recipient, and that recipient is the robber driver.

Joquarius was super helpful and helped us cut a large box perfectly to make it smaller, to reduce overall costs for shipping. He was patient and efficient.

Months ago The staff was very kind and helpful when I had to come in for a quick order while working on a stressful film. They were very helpful and considerate and very thoughtful bout the parking ticket lady.

Looking at the past reviews it’s no wonder people don’t want to work here. Not only are Mario and Terrance rude to customers, they’re also rude to employees! Mr Terrance, word of advice, the next time you want to make fun of a black woman’s natural hair to your minion coworkers, maybe make sure you can’t be heard by the employee you’re making fun of ! No one wants to work in a hostile environment. And Mr Mario, how old are you? Making fun of or trying to be funny about someone’s last name is crazy! Misery loves company and I guess that’s why the group of y’all are where you are! Enjoy yall little clique at FedEx, probably the only place yall can feel like anything ??

Came to get help. They have very very horrible Customer Service. we called before we came to this area and the guy had a very very nasty attitude. His name was Mario. I would not recommend this location to anybody because they were very rude and dismissive.

If you do not like customers getting upset, try opening on time, treating customers well, and offering solutions rather than further antagonizing them and making @FedEx failures my problem and not yours. I probably would have given a negative rating after what I went through!

I wanted to share my appreciation for Candace at the front desk, who was kind, helpful, and patient with my shipping request around 6 pm on a Monday. FedEx prices for shipping have gotten a little out of hand, and the cost to fax ($2.19/page if local) is outrageous but I didn't know till I'd already arrived and was set on using it.
