This is the FedEx to use if you want to be quoted one amount and charged 5x the quote. This is the FedEx to use if you want to be charged $15 to send a FedEx package 5 hours before the drop deadline for a medical package that they just don’t send.Twice in tears from this FedEx this week. Do not use them.

They charge a $10 fee to ship all packages that already have a pre paid label. They said this is their “convenience fee”

Charges a $15 fee to pick up. Said they would have someone bring it to my room. An hour later I had to go get it myself. Woman working there talked to her friends on the phone through the whole interaction.

Good Morning,I would like to inform you that we stayed at your location on 07/24-07/26 in Atlanta Georgia. The address is 265 Peachtree Center Ave NE, Atlanta, GA 30303. I had a package shipped overnight to your location and when I arrived, was told it was never received by your fedex center downstairs. I was told that I needed to check back later because no packages had made it there. This was told to me around 1:00pm on 7/24. I checked back multiple times after, including the next day. I was told again by Marquis Corrales that No packages were ever dropped off, and they won't be delivered on a saturday either. Marquis informed us that USPS often says they delivered a package, but they don't. I was then told Saturday morning to check with the post office 400 pryor street. I did. The clerk from USPS gave me a print out saying that the package was delivered at 11:21am on 7/24 and signed for by Dustin Price. I immediately called the fedex center in your hotel and spoke with Marquis Corrales again, only to be told that the post office was incorrect because Dustin Price was off that day. I told Marquis that my package was there and I wanted it today. I arrived back at the fedex center where he proceeded to say that the package never made it there and Dustin was off so that's impossible. I showed him the printout and he still said this is not true. No tracking information was entered in the system. He informed me that he signed for all the packages that came that day and my package never arrived. I mentioned that he already told me that no packages were ever delivered, so which is it. At this point he called security.Security arrived, asked, we answered. The security person took the printout from the post office and asked if he could go check the loading area himself. Of Course is what I said.He came back a little while later and informed me that the package was there and it was not put in the correct place and he had to search everywhere for it. The package was already opened. This would mean that Marquis originally signed for my package, opened it, and hid it so no one could find it before I departed on Sunday. He signed another employee's name that wasn't present which indicates his intentions were already bad.Dustin was off, so why would he sign another employee's name. This can't be the first and I'm hoping for the last.

These ppl have the sorriest customer service ever...inside a sorta exclusive hotel and pissy customer service....how do you come in Fed Ex the only customer waiting but y'all too busy talking about nothing and don't see me standing there..ok I just interrupted the conversation.... then the clerk tells me oh we don't do this...uh well my paper says otherwise...learn to read the fine print before your lips start flapping about what your store doesn't do

Added fees because it’s a hotel, ripoff. Save your money and go to a different fedex office nearby
