The location at Luckie street in downtown Atlanta has been my go to for docs printing. I had two important corporate mailings and needed Several documents printed and they took care of it without a problem.

Our organization was staying in the Westin Hotel for a staff conference. The FedEx office/store was located inside the hotel. We had many things to print, copy, etc. The staff in this store is exceptional. Elijah was a joy to work with. They are incredibly helpful, accommodating and their customer service is top notch. I highly recommend them should you need any help.

This Fedex is a scam. They will charge you 10 times what another FedEx would. 7$ to scan one page ... Avoid it.

I work next door to the Westin and have been dropping pre-paid FedEx packages there for the last few years. Today, they wanted to charge me $10 just to drop a package there because I'm not a guest of the hotel. What a rip off and a joke.

Nothing but a pleasure experience at the FedEx inside the Westin Hotel, first time there and totally coming back,i did not know anything about paper quality or how you can email it to them, not really good with technology but Kevin and Dwayne the employees treated me like I was at home with patience and pleasure Really satisfying experience.

Convenient and friendly. I feel like these places only get people that were dissatisfied leaving reviews, so I'll chime in and say this place is easily accessed in the lobby, the staff is friendly, and it gets the job done. How it should be!

I needed to print a certain document in order to obtain my passport which i felt was convient to me because the passport office is right around the corner. They were not at all very helpful one of the representatives that i asked to help me out was on the phone having inappropriate conversations that was clearly not pertaining to work ignored me until she got off the phone and then when finally speaking to her and asking her for her assistance she just pointed at the computer didnt say i needed a debit card or anything and caught an attitude when she had to really help me. You would think that because of the location i was in they would have great customer service but nope not at all. I would not at all reccomend this location
