They don’t even deserve 1 star. Their drivers will lie about delivery attempts. Their customer service makes excuse after excuse, but no solutions. They literally hold your package hostage then tell you to come pick it up yourself after you paid them to ship it.

Ordered a new IPhone and it was delivered through FedEx. Waited to signed for my package. The delivery driver signed for the package and left it on my doormat. I opened the door instantly and opened my package. The only thing in the box was the IPhone charger and the Sim’s card. They stole my phone and a report has been filed. The FedEx in Atlanta is always delivering to the wrong address and now my item has been stolen. Pathetic workers

Ordinarily, I have had great experiences at this location. This time, Randy, seemed particularly rude. I asked him to slow it down so that he could enter my shipping info correctly the first time versus me repeating myself. Also, I prefer to be spoken to as an adult rather than barking. It's unfortunate. Customer service still has merit despite Covid 19.
