Horrible!!! Do not go here. Terrible service and they are thieves! I tried to get a gold necklace fixed and they look some gold off the leg of the necklace to have for their other repairs. Avoid this place at all cost!

They fixed a 14k gold chain necklace I have. The area around the clasp was messed up. It took 45 minutes and was only 45 dollars. Now I don’t have to wear my fake gold necklace anymore. Will return to them in the future if needed!

Don’t go there. Bad customer service. They did not resize the ring to the size I gave them and when I came back they acted like I was not in the system. I told him the date I came and everything. He knew if he pulls out the data it will confirm he made a mistake. After delaying me he finally acted that he just found it. Lo and behold he did made a mistake. Still want me to pay for it. Shame

Wonderfully Excellent Service!! I arrived 40 minutes before closing and not only were they able to squeeze me in at last minute, but they fixed my necklace and polished my rings all in under 10 minutes!! They truly live up to their name of Fast-Fix Jewelry!! Thank you all so very much?!!

Today, I had the band on my watch changed at Fast-Fix Jewelry and Watch Repairs. Despite being very busy, the staff provided excellent service and were very courteous. The technician measured my watch and informed me it would take about 20 minutes. There is seating available if you prefer to wait, or you can grab a bite to eat nearby. Also, it’s conveniently located next to a brow bar if you want to stop in there. Overall, it was a five-star experience, and I love how my watch fits. I will definitely return and recommend them to my friends.

This place is awful. Geo is a worker there and he is rude and unskilled. I paid him to take a link out of my watch and the whole thing fell apart. I came back and he said it wasn't him and refused to take care of it. He was awful. The owner and the jewelry guys does amazing work, but Geo needs to be fired. I was so upset, I literally started to call the police. The jewelry guy stepped in and helped me!!! GEO IS A MENACE AND SHOULD BE FIRED!!! Don't let him touch your watch!!!!
