Through the years, I’ve turned to Fast Fix for all repair needs for my often simple jewelry. Though their shop bedazzles the eye with jewels and fine jewelry, they’ve always, without fail, never been anything but gracious and kind in accepting the smallest jobs—and swift and efficient in returning the items to me repaired as requested. So, a big thank-you to the dynamic duo for always being there.

Brought my Tissot in for. Battery change. Usually takes about 10 minutes. My first hint that something wasn't right should have been when it took them 30+ minutes and they just kept asking me to keep coming back.
After receiving the watch, it was my miss for not checking everything. Realized later none of the chronograph movements were aligned anymore or working as expected and the watch would just lose time - more than 20 minutes every day.
They may be a good at jewelry or new watches, but definitely don't take your mechanical watches for a battery change to them.

I just left Fast Fix to have the earrings I had made in Egypt, cleaned. I’ve been here before to have them cleaned, but a black lady who CLAIMED she was the owner refused providing me service. She is very unprofessional, very rude, and should not be working at that store. She seemed like a black Uncle Tom to me. No one, and I mean NO ONE has ever refused to clean me Ankh earrings I had made in Egypt.

He got me the chain in the style I liked even after I had picked a different one first and came back. My boyfriend loves the chain I got him as well! Only downside is he doesn’t have initials in stock but I did find out that it’s normal for jewelry stores so no fault to him! Will come back once I need some layers!
