I initially went in to ask the price of getting my coat cleaned. They said it would be $20.
When I arrived to pick up the quote, they said it would be $35, and they were not willing to change the price based on the agreed amount from our original conversation.
Classic example of bait and switch, and a clear reason why this dry cleaned should be avoided at all costs.

Great experience here getting some clothes tailored. The woman who helped us was super nice and so helpful! They are also super quick and I especially appreciate that they tell you exactly what they think. Service goes above and beyond

I have gone to them for dry cleaning for several years. I informed them that my husband was missing a shirt and they simply said no. Come to find out my husband is missing 4 pairs of pants, 2 blazers, and 4 shirts that I dropped off with them. I am unable to get in contact with them.
