Walk into office said hello after missing few appointments.Dr. Or staff didn't greet me.Dr. Tanner started cursing while doing intake, no privacy left door open hippia violation. Ake was was her cursing said other patients ok with him cursing. Verbal abuse.Ask me personally question do I miss sex inappropriate behavior.A lady was to draw blood cluesless.The worst in 28 yrs.

I thought I had a great doctor of 25 years until he retired recently. I changed to Dr Mark Tanner and now I know what a great Doctor really is. He is the closest thing you will get to a Dr Welby in his bedside manner, concern, knowledge. He takes the time with you to figure out what is wrong. He has a little trouble with his staff because they are just learning and you may have to wait a little while in the waiting room, BUT it is all worth it because when you are seeing Dr Tanner in the examing room it is all about you. He is good about calling you back personally instead of a staff member. I glad my old doctor retired as I now have a Doctor who cares

My appointment was for 9:30. I got there at 9:04 the receptionist is horrible. Does not know what she is doing. She kept on asking for my personal information saying she needs to verify my insurance. She even told me twice she could not verify yet so finally she said she verified and asked for $25 deductible. I go to the back room wait for the doctor finally at 10:30 and the doctor comes in saying the receptionist don’t know what she’s doing and today will be her last day because she have made this mistake before and they don’t deal with my insurance. So I’ve this point I’m thinking for 30 minutes what was you verifying then? Wasted an hour of my time when I took off from work

So terrible dealing with him. Idk why I didn’t do real research on the doctor. I came in for an ear infection and he told me to get Fluonase. I should have known from there that it would be a problem dealing with him. I’ve been waiting for him to send a prescription to a very popular Walmart for a week now. First he claimed that they weren’t in the system and that is what caused the delay then his response is that he had something to do. Go to a doctor that is not ready to be done with career!

Dr. Tanner is an amazing doctor! His bedside manner makes you feel at ease and cared for. He truly cares about his patients and wants to make them look and feel their best. While I was there for my appointment, he let me know he was expanding into aesthetics. Dr. Tanner- I can't wait for your grand opening of your aesthetics side!!!

Dr. Tanner, is very intelligent, knows medicine inside and out, and spends way more time with his patients then other doctors (means a bit of a wait at times.). Spoiled by his caring and professional manner.

Did not even get past making an appointment. In this day and age when people are more concerned for their health and well-being, it blows my mind that companies still employ rude and unprofessional staff. If the woman scheduling would stick to the phone script, perhaps I would have done business with them. Sad!

He is the best doctor I have ever had..He takes time with you and addresses your issues and doesn't run u through the 5 min drill that most doctor do .He spend quality time with each patient..Love Dr Tanner he is the best,?
