This store is never opened. They change the hours daily. Always a disaster with empty shelves. The employees show horrible customer service. Today I sat in the parking lot waiting for the store to open because an employee who was outside smoking said the store would open at 11am the store did not open at 11am another employee told those of us waiting outside that the store could not open until security arrived after 15 min security still had not arrived. I will not be shopping at this location again.

Every time I go in a family dollar in the hood I’m always watched your employees stop what they doing and come to the Hotwheel aisle and watch me the whole time. I’m a Hotwheel collector. I own over 20,000 hot wheels. An I own 5 business. Yall need to train yall employees better . This time today it was the security guard. I felt be little, an it pissed me off. Your employees there told him to watch me. I spend a lot of money in y’all stores to be watched. Yes all these cars are mine.

Stores been closed for over a week. They won't open the doors, rude as hell. Have no excuse why they are closed but getting paid. Friend said they are on strike. They don't answer the phone and no way to report the store. Might go to better business bureau.

I wish I can give this place no stars‼️ they close 45 mins early every night. They always close random days out the week, credit card system always down. Ebt always down. And they always never have product on the shelf. Need new management

I recently moved into my new place and bought a personal shopping cart while shopping. I was offered help from an associate to assemble it within the store, since I was caught sitting on the store floor trying to reading the instructions. After the associate and I was assembled the shopping cart, I was able to get majority of what I needed for my new place within one trip. The help I got from that associate made my experience that much more enjoyable to do my future shopping trips.

The employees are extremely rude and have no knowledge of the policies set forth by the company. Do not recommend shopping at this location if you want fast, efficient, and courteous customer service.
