I was not able to get everything that I wanted I think there more customers with grandkids ,and people just like me I love junk food, think about it that's why the chef stays bare I'm always buying something from Family Dollar store l love when they have a summer winter sales that what I be wanting on,if you on a fixed income check it out .

As I was the only customer in line I approached the cashier and said “hello”. Absolutely no acknowledgment. I then said how you doing trying to engage. She proceeded to check me out. When receipt was handed to me I said “have a good one” No reply. I then said “Thank you” Again no reply back. But looking at these reviews that is just how this location is. Rude. It is crazy how the reviews all state the same complaint. I have been in the customer service industry for over 20 years and this is not how to treat customers. This is my first time ever leaving a review somewhere.

The cashier at the Metropolitan pkwy location is very rude, nasty, and disrespectful. Everytime I come here she is arguing with someone. I can agree with the previous review that she is the one who works at the cash register near the door. The heavy set manager needs to get rid of her because she causes so many problems.

I am so upset about the customer service at this location I’m leaving a second horrible unsatisfactory review on the lady who worked today while I sit in the parking lot before pulling off from the establishment I’d like to note the horrid mistreatment from a paying customer , don’t waste your time on this lady she’s not serving the community she’s a nuisance to the environment and should be removed! If I see her in there I will make mention of this until she’s removed. No one should be treated this way AT ALL! I had little to no dialogue with her so I know she’s mistreating others

The horrible cashier on the register closest to the door on today’s date around 8:34pm is a rude and disrespectful worker and should be fired! I work in customer service and she has been rude to everyone walking in the door . I got cash back and she decided to have a nasty attitude because I didn’t tell her i needed cash back. She didn’t offer or ask either! And got mad because it messed up her register and said she would’ve told me to go to register two!! Well did you ask me !? If you did you would’ve known. Who are you to get mad at me . Very disrespectful and I’m gonna go all the way to corporate on her because I always patronize this neighborhood family dollar. Unacceptable, piss poor service

Attitude here is horrible. Went to pick up package and had difficulty with app. Standing there trying to figure it out and lady in office shouts at me "What" I told her I was going to use Amazon. She must've thought I didn't speak English cause she went on talking about me in a bad way. She talked about " these immigrants" to her coworker. Really ugly.

None of the price tags match the price things ring up as. Both the clerk and manager confirmed the price tags are wrong. However, the manager did adjust the price to meet the price tags, after I said something, and both were polite.
