The managers are always smoking weed and stealing especially Ms. Evans. Today I watched a cashier curse an elderly woman out and was very disrespectful. I brought it to Ms Evans attention but she did not de-escalate the situation and was very unprofessional. The store staff are all unprofessional.

Every time i stop at this location they are closed before time !Online says 10pm employee says 9pm i that was the right time Google would’ve updated, I’ll be reaching out to the district manager.Cause something has to change. It would’ve been a difference if no employees but both of them was hanging outside the front doorFamily dollar u have to do better

Store had a slight damp odor as you walk in that was a bit strong but other than that it seemed to be clean. I went in for something specific and was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Customer service was friendly but not as friendly as my regular FD store on E. Ponce in Tucker.

The store manager “Yetta” is the most incompetent, asanine, unprofessional manager I’ve witnessed. I stopped by for drain-o and as I was checking out I overheard her speaking poorly about her staff. I informed her, her behavior was unprofessional and unethical. I’m quite sure she don’t care but she obviously needs more training.

The hours online doesn’t match the store operating hours. I arrived at 9:02pm and they stated they were closed. This is not the first time this has happened at this location.

As with most family Dollars if you read these things to find what you're looking for. You'll find the staff goofing off when you find them actually stocking and restocking the shelves!

12.2.22. 10:45amThe store manager at this location is the MOST unprofessional human. I entered the location with a rug and receipt I was returning. She came out of no where and said " Can I help you? I said Yes, I'm returning this rug. Well I'm the store manager and they are gonna call me anyway, go on and go to the register". All with attitude. I was so confused because, how would I just know someone is the store manager. Anyway I get in line wait a few minutes. I get to the cashier and tell her I'm returning the rug. The manager said you would need to call her. This human is watching the line so she is headed back up front. All the while saying loudly that she told me they would need to call me. I'm still lost because she is fussing with no necessity.She came up and asked with more attitude "Why you returning this?". "I don't want it and it's the wrong length ." She continues the conversation with herself saying " I'm wearing a name tag, you can see I'm the manager." As I leave she says "Have a nice day without having an attitude ". I said you can do the same with being ignorant!" We went back and forth as I left a location I will never spend money or time in again. She seemed to he high or something. She needs significant training and possibly drug intervention.
