I jus left there and i came in too buy cotton swabs.. the cashier was mad bc she had change the price on what i purchase. I give her the money an she throws the stuff i bought on floor instead of handing ir too me. The manager luagh when she did it. Please family dollars hire better people please!

I walked in the store and grabbed 1 item and walked to the check out and I placed my item on the counter then waited as the cashier ( Zay or tay) typed on his phone and proceeded to type even though he saw me waiting so once he was done he scanned my item and then he turned his back against me and started typing againand I paid for my item and the receipt came out and I had to reach behind the counter to get my bag and receipt. Horrible customer service. Absolutely horrible. Don’t go to this family dollar.

The manager yells and belittles her employees and when she did it in front of me I checked her about yelling at her grown employee's and she told me to leave.... You can tell her employees are scared of her by the look on they face when I cursed her OUT... I really wish she would of came outside... She is going to use that mouth on the wrong person one day and I hope I am there to witness it. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS DISTREPCTFUL STORE.... #OLDNAT #COLLEGEPARK

IN ACTUALITY THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION DESERVE ZERO STARS!! THE WOMEN MANAGERS(THE ONE ON SHIFT FRIDAY 12/3]/2021) WAS UNDENIABLE UNPROFESSIONAL RUDE AND ARGUMENTATIVE. THIS TYPE OF BEHAVIOR FROM A PERSON FROM MANAGEMENT IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!! ESPECIALLY TOWARDS CUSTOMERS (MYSELF) AND STAFF( WHICH SHE BELITTLES IN FRONT OF A LINE FULL OF CUSTOMERS). THIS PARTICULAR MANAGERS HAS PRESENTED THIS TYPE OF BEHAVIOR ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS UNFORTUNATELY!! SHE DEFINITELY NEEDS RETRAINING IN HOW TO TRAT RESPECT AND JUST OVERALL PROFESIONAL PERFORMANCE SKILLS!

Big store. Shelves a little sparce. Manager, who stood feet from me on the salesfloor and never acknowledged me, refused to honor a toy that HE marked incorrectly. Poor customer service.
