This is the BEST express! I stopped by yesterday with my mom, and the associate Pamela was the nicest, and truly helped us find the best outfits, and accessories. I ended up leaving with a couple outfits and accessories!!! My mom left with stuff too. The clothing is amazing and the staff, specifically Pamela were GREAT! thank you so much Pamela, and other express staff ? ? ?

Rude employees to the core! 5 minutes before closing, and I mean 5 minutes. I walk in the store, and one of the employees says we are closed. I said we still have 5 minutes, she repeats I am closed, you want the corporate number! That is the type of employees that drives businesses into the ground. employers many times find about it when it’s too late. And by the way, I was doing a return, not shopping.

Complete scammers working here. In—store management. Tried to get me to pay full price for an item and also didn’t want me to use my Express cash. The person who checked me out threw the receipt at me. And yes I called him an ansshole after the fact. What a joke. People like him are prob why they’re going bankrupt.

I went in yesterday 3–3-24 excited to buy some things for spring and a baby shower. I walked in and was SO disappointed, the store had nothing popping walking in. No spring clothes, just old looking winter clothes that was 60% off. The manger, a stud woman was very dry!! I pushed the button for help in the dressing room and no one came or showed up!! Please do better, I felt my time was wasted !!

This store fails to honor the current return policies stated on the website. I went in to return items today and the associate refused, and said they were clearance, which is all final sale. I checked my receipt and read the policy, none of the items were final sale or ended in .97 as stated in the policy. I had to contact customer service, who said the items were definitely returnable and that the store should accept them. I now have to return by mail and they are waiving the shipping fee. Waste of my time in having to go to the store and then contact customer service. Reading the reviews, it seems this happens to customers often

Faith stated she was the store manager and she refused a return although I contacted customer service 3 times and said the item was returnable. She was extremely rude, arrogant, racist, and unprofessional.

I’ve been shopping at express for 20 years. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had. I watched a employee annihilate a customer just for asking her if she worked there. I’ve never seen anything like it in my life!!! I would love to speak to a district manager. Gabby was super helpful even though her co worker was clearly unprofessional and should never ever work in retail or any customer service job. The dressing rooms were disgusting too.

The assistant manager Faith was extremely rude. I wanted to exchange an item for a different size and asked her to check to see if there was back stock of the size I needed. She gave attitude as soon as I asked. They ended up not having what I needed so I did a return. Originally I paid partially with cash and the remaining with Apple Pay. She returned my cash and I asked did she need my card present for the Apple Pay. She said this is all you paid. I asked her how was that possible why the cash return didn’t match what was on the receipt. She then gave me more attitude about it until she looked at the receipt in further detail to see it was automatically returned. This is my 2nd time having a negative experience with her and I won’t be returning to the store. This wasn’t the standard when the former management team was there and she is a horrible representation of the store in general.
