Be sure to include a stop by Evolution Home Theater in your search to improve the audio fidelity for the music you love to listen to. Don't let the plain facade of the retail out parcel building where they're located fool you because their showroom is simply amazing! It's expansive, occupying the entire second story, with lots to see and hear, (along with their friendly staff providing sound advise). And while they have the super-duper "dream" gear, if your budget is more craft beer than champagne, there's still plenty for you to audition. I greatly appreciate the help they provided me. Jules patiently worked with me to understand my needs and budget and helped me secure an awesome pair of stand mount speakers that bring me great listening joy everyday! A great organization with awesome sound advise.

Evolution Home Theater receives my highest recommendation! My sister and I met with ***** to demo ******** 2 speakers we were interested in getting for our audiophile dad. ***** asked us probing questions to better understand what we wanted to acheive in our listening experience. He then gave us a great education on options, without making us feel intimidated as non-audiophiles. No sales pressure whatsoever!We wanted something special for our dad, and ***** and the Evolution Home Theater team delivered SPECTACULAR! We ended up getting the speakers along with the Aavik U580 integrated amp and S280 streamer and associated Anzus speaker cables and gear. What an amazing system! Every item that ***** recommended in the package made an appreciable difference in the sound quality and our listening enjoyment.***** was very value-conscious in all of his recommendations. He is truly an expert advisor you can trust!***** was our primary installer and did an outstanding job with our install including sound panels, Control 4 remote setup and optimization with our existing TV.Everyone at Evolution Home Theater is extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Evolution has an amazing showroom and an exceptional staff. While they do full service, insanely custom home theater installations, they have a deep affection for 2 channel audiophile grade systems, with multiple set-ups throughout their showroom. It's almost easy to drive right by the store and not see them from the outside as they are located on the second story of a small retail strip storefront above a nail salon. But once you're at the top of the stairs, you'll find yourself in stereo Seventh Heaven! From stand mounts to head-high floor towers, along with all sorts of amplification choices to drive them, EHT is a drool on tools, audio store adventure. A real Atlanta gem. I've been very happy with some modest stand mounts I purchased from them a while back. They have "craft beer budget" gear, along with 1787 Chateau Margaux priced equipment.

Lost time (but found cheaper at another dealer). Scott is a totally irresponsible salesman who does not keep his word and does not even follow formal standards of decency. I tried to buy an audio gear for 12k (!), we discussed everything over the phone, confirmed the price and agreed that he would call me back when it was ready to ship. And that was it, nothing else!!!! In three weeks he did not respond to four of my emails or call me back, despite three voicemails. I placed my order with another dealer, even cheaper.Att. Scott: We did discuss the price and you know it. Everything I have written is 100% true, no more and no less. Would you like me to remind you of the numbers?

If you are in the market for a high end Audio, Evolution Home Theater in the heart of Buckhead is a must visit. I just ordered my McIntosh Audio system from Jules and Scott. They were an absolute delight to work with. Very transparent, not pushy at all and very patient to show all options. Jules helped me put together a system that was spot on to my needs and budget. Kudos to Jules and Scott. Their passion for high end audio as well as top notch customer experience is outstanding.

I live in Matthews NC and a was interested in the Sonore Signature SE unit with the accompaning opticical power supply.The closest dealer to Charlotte was Evolution Home Theater in Atlanta, GA wihch would have been a 4 hour drive.I called the store to check on availabilty, and to my good fortune Scott Carpenter answered the phone. There was zero pressure and he patiently answered all my questions regarding the setup and integration of the Sonore products into my system. He then shared the great news that he had a demo unit on the floor with full warranty, and would throw in the the insured shipping to me. The only thing better than the service was the improvement this unit made in my system. After I received the unit I called Scott and he walked me through the setup and I was up and running in less than 15 minutes. It took my Aesthetix Eclipse dac to a totally different level, this was not a tweak but a significant, dare I say vinyl like improvement. They are also dealers for the speaker line I am currently using, (Graham Audio) and when I have the funding to consider a move up their speaker line the first call I will be making will be to Scott. No I am not related but wanted to share what I consider to be A+ service and follow up.

I've been an audiophile since I was young. This is by far my favorite audio store of all time. Not only do they carry some of the best brands, but they are able to setup and show equipment in an effective way. Service prior to and after the sale is absolutely top notch!

Look no further for your home and audio needs. In speaking with many across the Atlanta area, EHT is the best around for knowledge and certainly the most honest. Jules is hands down one of the most delightful people to work with and very passionate about A/V, on top of his game, and always willing to help when you have questions. He and Scott were so welcoming, they know how to get you the best system for your needs, traditional to the most advanced in automated systems. EHT is the complete package! Thanks for helping us put together an incredible home theater!

Very poor customer service. It sits next to a McDonalds right before Hwy 85 and it's only convenient if you are trying to get out of Lawrenceville. For the pros - There was a guy who seemed like he wanted to be customer friendly, hence the 2 starts instead of 1. But they have a condescending way about them. For starters, I have a full fledged home theater built with a star ceiling and the best receiver/speakers that you could find within my budget, but this guy keep feeling the need to say if I want the best, I should go with their Projectors/Speakers etc. (that they sell), instead of acknowledging that the customer has already made a strong purchase, now lets make them feel good and help them buy what they need. I told the sales rep that I purchased an Epson 3300, but still he wanted to show me a Sony HW 55ES. So naturally I asked him for the price, and he told me around $5k. I completely agree the Sony looked better than the Epson, but the price was terrible at Evolution. I purchased it online at $3500 (plus no sales tax) Stores like Evoultion and Magnolia are on their way out. It's a cool thing to go check it out, but unless they find a way to match prices with the on-line guys they have to keep waiting for a s***** to walk in.

Whats with the attitude when you walk in to one of these so called high end electronic stores and you get ignore mode.I walk in the ONLY sales person is talking to somebody else and doesn't even acknowledge I walked in and I am only 10 feet away. It took him almost 5 minutes of me standing at the counter for him to say I will be right with you I can see you are with a customer. The thing that really pissed me off was that I had ordered on Wednesday 2 speaker cables that only took 5 minutes to make. I had to come back and pick them up on saturday and they weren't even ready yet. If they had been the rating would have been 2 stars. Should have just made them myself and saved the attitude treatment. Avoid this place just go to demo the equipment then buy it off the internet and save your self the hassle!
