I've been over two weeks calling with no respond. They lack customer service. And don't ever return calls. I've been waiting for a response from the adjuster as their insured person was at fault for hitting my car and they also received a ticket citation. They ARENT RESPONDING AT ALL. They should be out of business and shut down. This company is an absolute SCAM!!!!!

Where is the zero star rating?????Sad to see things have not changed since Aaron's review in 2020. Their client totaled my daughter's jeep and they will not pay us. We are over 2 months without transportation. I have filed a complaint with the insurance commissioner. My hope is that others will not have to experience what we have these past 2 months. Sending us an affadavit with other customers confidential information, dishonesty about what they have done and the process, refusing to reply to email correspondence as well as phone calls. Agree with other reviews, run around after run around.

If you get hit by their insured call the police and have everything documented they are liars and scammers ,their license to do business should be revoked .don't believe anything they tell you from day 1 it'll go downhill .all they do is lie

I be honest with you after seeing so many negative reviews, I am wondering howcome. Anyways, I am very happy and pleased with all the assistance and services offered to me by Ethio American in resolving my claim and finally paying off my Car Loan after declaring it a Total Loss.I like to extend my special thanks to Mr. Greg Gordon, the adjuster and Ms Toby Frazier, Claim Manager and all the associates who helped me along the way by responding my email inquiries promptly.Based on my personal experience, I would strongly recommend, Ethio American for two reasons, lowest premium coverage esp for Commercial Insurance and extremely professional, caring and helpful staff with lightening response time. This is 100% honest review based on my personal experience.

This is the worse insurance company that you can go through they take forever to respond when one of their insurers are at fault the repair company cant get in touch with them they don’t reply back they even told the repair company to stop calling them and them repair company told them there just doing their job to get the customers vehicle repaired they will stall when it’s time for them to pay the settled THIS IS RIDICULOUS and this company should not be in business there rude and very unprofessional MAERON IS THE WORSE run if you have a claim and you have to deal will her just request someone else because it’s will take her a VERY VERY LONG TIMEfor her to get things done she is also VERY unprofessional I will not use my government name due to the company not doing what there suppose to be doing I will be contacting the BBB and letting them know claims are not being handled in a timely fashion they won’t even answer the darn phone SHUT THIS COMPANY DOWN I GIVE THE NO STARS!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

My vehicle was totaled 2 months into the policy with Ethio. They are refusing to pay and also will not send a formal denial letter. I have hired an attorney.

This is the most terrible company I have ever seen . They do not answer the phone nor do they replay to email properly. If you have claim with them you might as well forget it . need to stay away from this company . Especially the adjusters do not respond to phone calls and do not give progress of the status of a claim . They are very rude especially Meron terefe.

This is the worst insurance company I have ever had they claim that they sent my check out so my truck could be fixed in August it’s now November an still haven’t received my check please what ever you do don’t call Ethio American insurance company for none of your needs you will never get a call back or a response
