The truck driver went above and beyond his duty in wheeling my delivery to the house. He had to drag my gun safe at least 150 yards up a gravel driveway from the dirt road where he had to park in order to place it on the concrete pad by my shop. I wasn’t home at the time so couldn’t assist him. I asked my wife if he seemed upset after completing the journey. She said “ no , he had no complaints at all and was very pleasant throughout the entire experience”. This guy needs a raise as far as I’m concerned.

I would give 4 stars, but my only concern was that one of my boxes was damaged. There was a label on the box that said not to stack anything on top of it, and it clearly had something on top of it at one point. The delivery guys were amazing. They actually came to the door and asked me where I wanted my package placed. Being that it was so heavy, I really appreciate that.

Steve did great! We have a narrow and slick (icy spots this time of year) road to our home. He handled the delivery truck with ease and helped us get our product to where it needed to be at our home. He was professional, prompt, and courteous. Great service!

The driver was very thorough and polite. The delivery came early, which normally is a plus, but I was not expecting it. Only by pure luck did my husband happen to be home for delivery. The driver called because the GPS did not provide the correct info, but if my husband hadn't been home we would not have been able to accept the "in-door" delivery 2 days earlier than the expected delivery date.

Working with the delivery service was pretty easy. Gave them a 4 star review because customer service didn’t give appropriate information by stating my package would arrive a week longer than it really took, but the website updates frequently so you can see where your package is and they updated the site to let me know to expect it early so those where pluses. Delivered in the area they stated they would with no damage anywhere so very pleased.

The driver/staff delivering the bookshelf was very helpful, polite, and courteous. The delivery driver/staff rang the doorbell and alerted us to the delivery (unlike the previous shipment). He was kind and assisted us - FIVE STARS FOR THE DELIVERY STAFF. Bed, Bath and Beyond and the warehouse, however, need to redetermine the use of forklifts for specific items. We have now received TWO bookshelves that were damaged by forklift - a puncture through the shipping box made a large hole in the back of two of these bookshelves, both the original and the replacement. They have been sitting in our living room for two weeks waiting for pick-up. THREE STARS for BB&B.

The driver called to let us know the delivery was coming, he arrived exactly at the time he stated, and he was so friendly!! Truly we enjoyed the short time we spent with him! Great customer experience!!! Highly recommend

The delivery was excellent. He called before he arrived, and called again to make sure he had the correct house. (Our neighborhood house numbering is very confusing.)He was professional and very friendly. Especially because it was misting and raining at that time. He was very careful with our item. It happened to be a Vizio 70" television. I had worried about the shipping by truck, but their wasn't anything to worry about. The exterior of the very large box had very minimal scratches or dents. The techs will be here tomorrow morning (9:00am) to install the wall mount and Vizio and I don't anticipate any issues with the television. Thank the delivery driver for us, and a large thanks to your company for the on time, quick and safe delivery. Respectfully, David & Kelly Arellanes Bryant, Arkansas

This company provided excellent service. A service caller reached me because the delivery people had an old phone number that was no longer connected. Communication with her was professional, and she was very kind. I provided her with my husband’s number because I had plans and thought I would not be available. My husband did not respond to the call from the driver on the scheduled date and he called me. I apologized, was home, and met him upon arrival. He had to park his truck at the end of our very long driveway and hauled 4 very large and heavy boxes to the side of our home. This was during a very hot day. He was kind, friendly and very professional. One box had a hole and he photographed it in case there was a problem and told me what I would need to do. I would gladly use this company again.
