If I could give this a -100 stars I would because of the laziness of the deliverer today.First, no one had the courtesy to come to my door and let me know the package arrived. Why did Sam’s club place such a large and expensive package as contactless and no signature is beyond me.The package that needed to be delivered is a 500lb 10x8 shed. My husband and I left open space in our very long driveway so they could’ve drove up the driveway and the package dropped next to our garage door.I do not have the manpower right now to be able to drag 500 pounds up my driveway where the deliverer dropped it and he/she reported it was delivered in the middle of my driveway. It would have been on the hill if it was the middle of my driveway so he or she is also a liar. First representative I spoke to was trash and he hang up the phone. The second representative was very sweet and concern but didn’t give anything to resolve the issue. So the number I called also stated “Tell us how we did” and I did. Horrible and lazy work. I will pay extra to not use this company to deliver to my house ever again. First and Last time due to the laziness of this driver. 100 thumbs down.

The driver that delivers to us is VERY rude. Complains and yells at me the whole time if he has to wait for 5 minutes for someone to unload his truck or unload HIS own truck himself. LAZY. And when he does unload it he hits the forklift on stuff and hits the Estes truck with the forklift. Complained once and they sent him back. Won't be using them again.

My first experience with Estes was pretty good. The delivery was slightly late and undamaged. This time my shipment was about a week late from the original promise. There was no notification whatsoever. There was no explanation. I called and emailed repeatedly with no response. The broker contacted them and still no response. Neither time did they follow my instructions to call an hour prior to delivery. I got a 10 minute notice. Wow. Even the pick up was botched and they were late. May not use them again.

Delivery driver Calvin is always one of the nicest drivers out there. Always has a smile on his face! Estes is the only freight company out that’s consistently provides great customer service. They always call and schedule the delivery and then the driver notifies when they are on the way. I wish I could get all my vendors to send my supplies via Estes

They do not honor their delivery appointments. I had a delivery for 5/5/22 between 12-4pm. I did not receive my delivery nor did they notify me there was going to be a delay. And thanks to them I wasted money on renting a pallet jack since they don’t do inside delivery. Never had to deal with anything like this.
