Sure it’s easy to get a car. Not very good at staying updated though. If I didn’t call they wouldn’t call to notify me of my rental length time left. I will say they are nice on the phone to talk to once you do reach them. Unfortunately, deposit back also takes a long time. They messed up my pricing as well. And always take long to pick up car if you don’t drop it off.

I’m such a stickler for customer service and what I received from Angel Milago and Kieyon Cheeks was Immaculate! I rented my vehicle last week to go on vacation and wounded up catching Covid. I called them and asked was there a way they can pick up car. Not only did they arrange for it to be picked up they consistently communicated with me every step of the way. I definitely will be returning there to get my future rentals. Thanks again Kieyon and Angel

Everyone was nice and helpful. Thank you to Seth for going the extra mile today and assisting me with talking to insurance and going beyond that to help with a situation that got out of hand! I would recommend Seth to anyone for tough situations! Thank you again!

Everybody in the office was super friendly, I worked specifically with Seth. He made sure that the vehicle met all of my needs and he made the process easy, fun and quick. I would definitely recommend this location!

Made a reservation and got a confirmation number. Showed up at the Enterprise location five minutes later and was told they had no cars and hadn't had any cars when I made the reservation. Come back tonight or maybe tomorrow. I asked the woman behind the desk why I had been given a confirmation number just a few minutes before and was told that the people taking reservations work from home and have no way of knowing if cars are available, so they simply make reservations and hope for the best. I then took a taxi home and called Enterprise's customer-service number to find out whether that was really the way the company does business. The woman who answered the phone confirmed what the person at the Enterprise desk had told me: Enterprise's confirmation of a reservation does not mean they have a car or will work to find a car or will call you to let you know they don't have a car.

The drop-off was amazing. The car received had missing hubcap(s) and the exterior was dirty. Dirty. This is the third time that I received a dirty car from Enterprise. At least this time the car did not smell like smoke and the interior was cleaner. I guess renting from Enterprise is like selecting a hotel on an unplanned road trip, you get what you get.

The branch manager Kieyon was excellent. He got me in and out quickly and offered additional extras without being pushy. He even remembered the convo we had before I left and asked about my sons bday.Great service

Excellent service by staff. Friendly, capable, and responsive. While not dirty, vehicle could have been cleaner at pickup to earn all 5 stars, but still highly recommend.

So i have a insurance claim, i have been trying and was promised that i will have a rental for the last 2 weeks which still has not happen so the excuse was is that oh i have 4 customers in front of me i get it but i am also a customer i get hung up on by Steph, or oh i will deliver to you after 5pm but stay at my job until 7pm still no call no show from enterprise, so as i am making this post i call enterprise i am on hold for now 7mins Keion picks up and put me on hold, let's see if he comes back because they close in 3mins... i have also been a customer for 20 plus years and i stopped using enterprise due to the lack of customer service, so it seems that nothing has changed on the customer service no customer service so i am still on hold at 5pm going into now 12mins your location is very unprofessional and it seems that your customers do not matter!!!!!! so lets see if anyone from corporate will reach out to me to resolve this issue. 03/23/23 5:02pm

I was in a super bad car accident in January and have been in rental cars for the past 4 months even after you after the insurance stop paying and I was switched over to paying myself Keiyan the manager has always made the process so simple and pleasant he has been extremely helpful and took really good care of me these past few months he is an amazing person with an amazing personality very good at his job! I will give him 10+ stars and I will ONLY Rent cars from this location!
