EVERY SINGLE TIME I RENT FROM ENTERPRISE IT’S SOMETHING!!!?️?️?️?️Go to Hertz!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Yesterday (02/02/2024), I had to pick my vehicle up from the body shop. I contacted Enterprise to see if someone would be available to drop me off to the body shop, if I were to bring the rental in. I was instructed to leave the vehicle at the body shop and someone from Enterprise would pick it up by 4:00pm THAT DAY and Enterprise would close out my contract for 02/02/2024.I left the rental at the body shop per the instruction of Enterprise. I drove over to Enterprise in my vehicle and left my personal information for them to contact me once they picked up the rental. Of course no one from Enterprise contacted me to let me know the vehicle was picked up.This morning after doing MY OWN INVESTIGATION into the matter, I discovered it was never picked up!!! Why my own investigation? Because no one would answer the phone the 100x I called. I went to the Enterprise I got the rental from and they informed me that my contract was still open.After blowing this Enterprise location’s phone up again and realizing that no one was going to answer, I had to drive almost an hour back over here to find out what was going on.I asked for a supervisor and told him about the events of yesterday and today.THE SUPERVISOR DID NOT SEE IN THE SYSTEM THAT THE RENTAL NEEDED TO BE PICKED UP! The supervisor stated that they had not picked up the vehicle bc the body shop owner did not notify them. I asked why would the owner ned to notify them , if I called and came into the Enterprise location. He stated “well I don’t know bc I wasn’t here yesterday” and tried to dismiss the matter as if to say because I wasn’t here I’m not responsible. Not acknowledging that Enterprise dropped the ball and ruined my Saturday. Never apologize for any inconvenience!Crazy thing is, if I would not had put it forth all this work to find out what was going on, the car would just be sitting at the body shop, racking up days and being my responsibility if something happens to it.The rental is still at the body shop. The supervisor stated he would have it picked up today. I don’t even know if the shop is opened today and the shop staff has the key. All I can do is hope nothing happens to the rental as it sits at the body shop.The supervisor informed me that once the rental is picked up, the contracted will be closed out for yesterday. I will be back with an update to let you all know how things turn out!

This team is wonderful! The day I picked up my rental they stay opened late so I could pick it up. They really seem to care about their customers and their needs.

Both the Chamblee and Brookhaven locations worked together to get us into a car that fit our needs for the holidays. We appreciate all the last-minute service and communication. We will definitely be back.I would encourage better window cleaning. It was odd that a customer from another store stopped in and asked for his windows to be cleaned on his way to work, and then when I drove off in our car, our windows needed cleaning. Oddly funny coincidence.

Very professional at this location they are usually busy here but they get you in and out in a efficient manner and great courtesy customer service one of the reps Sam and also Stuart was nice enough to accommodate me and made renting a vehicle easy and simple. Beware of National Do Not Rent list and their employees that are not held accountable for their actions from Enterprise. Choose Hertz or elsewhere before dealing with these clowns

In a city where customer service definitely takes a back seat I want to give a thank you to Stuart and his team here at Enterprise including Donald they were fast, kind l, respectful and communicative. Really this reminded me if the old days when customer service mattered. I’ll be back and again thanks.

After an accident my insurance set up a rental through the Enterprise Brookhaven location. The team here was incredibly kind and professional and talked through all of my questions with me to make sure I felt comfortable driving off the lot. After returning the vehicle the incredible customer service continued with a very nice follow up call. Highly recommend if you need a rental.
