Rented the car from a different branch yet this branch went to pickup the car upon return. Before communicating with the other branch, FALSELY made an accusation of damages (even though the other branch has called/communicated to me that they knew about these and were very confused where this was coming from) and tried to put blame onto me for prior damages. Hostile customer service representative.

Wouldn't honor my reservation when I arrived at the facility without a utility bill to prove my address? Wouldn't accept my credit card either. was very rude and unhelpful in trying to resolve the issue.

Rashad is great he and the staff really made sure my rental from an insurance claim on an accident went smoothly. When there was a problem that could have caused me charges he made sure it was resolved properly. Thank you guy's for making a bad situation a great experience thanks again for all your help ??.

The team here is super friendly and easy to work with. Khadija was very nice and I was out with the car in about 10 minutes. I hope they continue to maintain the great work they do and the customer service that they provide is commendable.

The staff here work incredibly hard and try their best to accommodate you. Please be patient with them, and they will most certainly take care of you. I'm absolutely impressed with their quality of service regardless of the difficulties they face.The after hours drop-off was substantially easy, and they provided all the necessary information for you to return the car without any hassle.

its called COMMUNICATION!! when renting under an insurance claim it's a $50 hold, being charged $167. and never being told why is theft!! so consumer beware of extra fees taken from your credit cards!!

Khadijah and Rashad were awesome. They were able to get me in a comparable vehicle without a hassle. The team at this location were patient & professional. Admittedly, my rental situation was due to an accident; however, I would voluntarily go back to this location for my personal needs.

The best part of the experience was picking up the car. This was only because I was in and out in about 30 minutes. I was the only person there on a Monday afternoon. They gave me an SUV with 3 rows (I have no kids), which made no sense, but I actually ended up thinking I may get a compact SUV as my next car (so maybe it was meant to be). The auto shop finished my car in 5 days so I dropped off my car to the shop so they could pick it up from there (it is a 3 min drive from the shop). The guy at enterprise said over the phone I don't need to cash out my final bill and it would be handled by them (I now know how lucky I was that someone picked up the phone that day). Then I got a message on my voicemail saying that I DID need to call them and cash out. So now I have been on hold for 1 hour and no one is answering. I've called multiple times. I'm about to hang up and try again. So after my fourth call today and waiting about 10 minutes, some one finally picked up. The guy who picked up was very nice and pleasant and handled everything very quickly. Even though everything went smoothly, they could probably use some customer service training. I gave a 3 because the experience was average at best.

A super terrible experience. A collection of rude, condescending and unhelpful staff. From the moment I entered the door, the answers were no, even though I had a reservation for a specific class car for pick up at a specific time. When I arrived, they let me know that the reservation meant nothing, I should have called to confirm availability, and that I would need to wait and take whatever car became available unless I wanted to pay "out of pocket " (vs. through insurance) for an "upgraded" car they did have available. Absolutely terrible customer service on every level. The Branch Manager was the least rude, but still completely unhelpful, except when he wanted to mansplain "chip shortages" to me as a reason they can't and don't manage their inventory, due to high demand. Avoid this location at all costs.

I’ve always rented from Budget, or Hertz and today I was reminded why. I’m king story short, I have a rental currently and the location I picked my vehicle up didn’t have the size that I need for my family size so I was told to check with other locations to see availability. Then I call he Howell Mill location and explain to the guy what I’m trying to do. He says “ Well you need to go back to whichever location you got your car, he has his own customers he has to look out for”. I never knew that Enterprise went off of their employees personal feelings on who they want to rent cars out. The first and VERY last time I’ll ever deal with this company.

Come here for terrible customer service and employees who don’t know what’s going on. I had a rental car issued through progressive insurance and went to pick it up from this location. When I get there the man tells me I have to pay a $300 deposit and the deposit is supposed to be $50 so I left and called progressive who was confused so we called them on 3 way and they tried to lie and say they didn’t say that. Why would I pay for an Uber there to not leave with a rental. So after I said they were lying they said well just transfer it then. How rude to tell us to just transfer it when you’re caught in a lie smh the Ted Turner location was amazing and gave me no issues at all…go there instead

WILL NEVER RECOMMEND EVERRRRRR. They don't even deserve one star!!! The manager is HORRIBLE, RUDE, absolutely doesn't care about the customers. I was supposed to pick up a compact/full size rental car..they tried to throw me in a pickup truck with not even a full tank of gas!! They didn't have any cars available but when I called yesterday they said they had a car waiting for me. The manager tells me I have 5 MINS to decide whether I want the pickup truck while I'm on the phone with another enterprise because he has other customers. Another guy that worked there said the manager can be short with people. JUST DISRESPECTFUL. He didn't even try to help me find another enterprise that will accommodate what I asked for.

If I could give 0 stars I would.. Their customer service is absolutely horrible. They treat their customers as if they are beneath them and still did not allow me to get a rental.

I've rented from dozens of Enterprise locations over many years but have never had an experience as terrible as this. First they said that I can't use my corporate damage waiver towards a personal rental, which has never been the case with previous rentals. Then they said that I need to provide my own insurance information. They did not offer me the option to add coverage or deny it and assume full liability. The customer service representative insisted I provide him with my own car insurance policy number and his attitude was extremely unfriendly and unhelpful - another anomaly among Enterprise rental offices. I ended up leaving without my rental. I called the corporate helpline and they'd never heard of any insurance policies like this. Poor policy, worse customer service, and I will not be returning.Edit: The Regional Manager called me back and apologized for the situation and that he was also unaware why I would not be able to use my corporate damage waiver or add/deny coverage. He said he'd be speaking with the branch manager about it. I can't recall his name but he was very professional and helpful - thank you very much for the call!

Customer service was good . I was on the highway and a rock flew from a. Truck and hit the windshield and cracked it which is common nature I reported it they understood and followed protocol. But overall experience was good for the 30+ days I had the rental I will be renting from here again if need being good staff
