Dr. Adam Holzwarth at Emory Rehabilitation Outpatient Center is the best! He knows what he’s doing and makes every physical therapy session challenging and productive. I actually very much look forward to my post-operative PT sessions.

My experience with the rehabilitation of my right knee post total knee replacement surgey with Emory Rehabillitation Outpatient Center can only be described as superlative. Adam Holzwarth,PT (who happens to have his Ph.D. in Physical Therapy) was my therapist on each visit. His fund of knowledge, careful yet aggressive approach toward treatment, and pleasant supportive demeanor have allowed for my recovery in record time.In my lifetime I have had many injuries requiring post operative Physical Therapy. I can truthfully say without hesitation that the rehabilitation therapy I received from Adam and the staff at Emory Rehabilition ranks at the VERY top.If you as a patient are given the choice as to where you would like to receive your Physical Therapy, I can assure that you will be up and moving normally again in record time by selecting Emory Rehabilitation Outpatient Center.John P. I had been to Emory Rehabilitation for several years. Before my back surgery in 2020 and post, I did about 6-7 months of physical therapy and I received Multiple bills showing a $0 balance in 2021. After an ENTIRE year, Emory Rehabilitation sent me a bill and their was major digression regarding the coverage of the dry needling (which at the time, gave me pain relief for a short period of time). Emory had decided after seeing me for months and over 15+ separate treatments that my insurance did not cover any of them and sent me a huge bill A YEAR after my last treatment with them. I disputed this with them and then payed after they refused to clear the balance. Then now another year later they have now sent me to collections over $8 that i have no bills for. I requested them send me what i owed them and they sent me a letter showing i have no balance with them but they are still dinging my credit for a $8 unpaid balance. The billing practices of this organization are unorganized at best and potentially just strait unethical.

The Staff Made Me Feel Like I Was Right At My Own Home! Lydia At The Front Desk Is Very Nice And Extremely Helpful. My PT Adam Is Definitely The Best PT I’ve Treated With Throughout My Years Of This Injury. He’s Very Knowledgeable And Very Funny As Well. He Worked Very Hard To Help Me Get Back To Work. I have been receiving physical therapy at the Emory Rehabilitation Outpatient Center in Dunwoody for about 3 weeks now into my therapy program with Adam Holzwarth, DPT. Adam is very thorough and his knowledge and level of professionalism far exceeds my expectations. I have had PT for various reasons over the years, but never have I had this level of expertise. I would highly recommend Adam Holzwarth, DPT, should you have a need for physical therapy.

I've been searching for professional help and suffering with my knees for years now. Only within a short period time of working with Adam, he's help me so much and given me so much help and encouragement on recovering. I couldn't of asked for a better therapist to help me through this process! I definitely would recommend their services !

Physical therapy is something nobody really looks forward to. However ,my experience with Adam was not only effective but as pleasurable of an experience as therapy can ever be. If I need any further physical therapy in the future I will definitely go back to Adam.

She's very knowledgeable and very patient. She will listen to you describe your situation and come up with a successful game plan. She is also very pleasant person to be around. There's only two therapists working there so it doesn't get as crowded or as busy as some other places I have been too. It helps to relax when you're dealing with pain.The receptionist could be slightly more friendly however she gets her job done.Do not be late and don't forget your mask or this receptionist will let her displeasure shine through.Overall I give my therapist and the place as a whole five stars....

Adam Holzwarth, PT and Emory Rehabilitation Outpatient Center have really done an outstanding job helping before and after surgery. The post surgery recovering is excellent due to Adam's superior knowledge and instructions for creating an at-home and in-office recovery process. I highly recommend Adam Holzwarth, PT and Emory Rehabilitation Outpatient Center. I wouldn't consider anywhere or anyone else. Period!!!
