Staying here for 5 days , as a medical procedure was done at Emory .Rooms were very comfortable . Bathrooms well supplied and very cleanCouldn’t have asked for better food during this week . Breakfast, lunch and dinner were great !Staff were pleasant and accommodating .Location for our needs was perfect. Amazing to be in the city and yet be surrounded by lush trees and plants !Will recommend highly ! Although this is a hotel it doesn’t feel like a typical hotel . We have enjoyed our stay .

I stayed for a recent business trip. I'll get the one negative out of the way...the breakfast was terrible. For $20 (including tip), the breakfast buffet was a complete bust. Cold food including eggs, bacon, sausage, and cold/hard biscuits and gravy. I wound up eating more of the fruit bar which did have a nice availability of various fruits. Lunch in the dining hall was a completely difference experience with a nice variety of dishes and desserts. The restaurant, for supper, had a decent choice of salads and meals and the burger and sweet potato fries I had were good. The positive: The hotel is lovely and feels removed from the bustle of Atlanta housed in a light forest of trees. The staff were excellent from the front desk to the dining hall wait staff. The facilities are clean and comfortable. The rooms are pretty and functional. There is a pool and fitness center on site. The conference room were worked from was easily adjusted from hot to cold to remain comfortable. We had a lovely view of the middle to tops of some trees that was relaxing to watch sway in the breeze. Overall, great experience.

Stayed here this past weekend and really liked the hotel itself and the room. Both were comfortable and well laid out. Unfortunately, the front desk staff is lacking in customer service skills. The front desk lady on Friday night was excellent, but sadly, the Saturday-Sunday staff leave much to be desired. We approached with a smile/greeting every time, but were met with complete disinterest, flat tones, and misinformation regarding late checkout fees. Frankly felt like we were bothering them by speaking to them. Please address this with your weekend staff, which is arguably the most important group of staff for a hotel. Having said that, the rest of the hotel staff was great - in the bar, coffee shop, and maintenance too.

Only stayed one night. The bed was fine, but the air condition/heater made a loud knocking sound everytime it came on disrupting our sleep. Also the next morning when we were about to take showers we had no water. Big inconvenience since it was 40 mins before check-

The hotel itself is very nice, lots of great spaces, clean updated room. The restaurant, the Club Room was a disaster, so much so that I most likely would not stay there again. Service was slow, waiter was inattentive. Manager gave a poor excuse that they were short handed that night. That's your problem, don't make it the customer's.

We were here for a conference. The hotel was very clean. Staff were friendly. Our room was also very clean and we had a comfortable bed. Our room had a view of woods with pretty walkways and paths. The food was great and the service was awesome. On a side note, they have a separate wing with a six lane bowling alley with a bar, tvs, comfortable seats, and pool tables that is available to rent out. (Also had live music). We enjoyed a fun evening after meetings. Nice hotel located in Atlanta with nearby shopping and restaurants.

This hotel was quite good. It comes equipped with a pool, a pretty comprehensive Fitness Center. There is a restaurant that will serve you breakfast ($16.25 as of 1/19/24), lunch and dinner. There is also a coffee shop in the front. Sorry of difficult to navigate. The guest rooms are on one side of the building and a lot of the building is used for a conferences, as the name indicates. The staff are friendly and we experience no issues during our stay. Our room had a nice view with curtains that completely closed for privacy.Rooms: The rooms are a nice size, very clean with a combination of Pergo and carpeted floors. The showers did not get very hot, but I could have been a function of not allowing the water to run long enough for it to warm up. Comfortable bedding, strategic lighting and lots of outlets. The room came with a mini fridge enclosed behind a cabinet coffee, tea and a bucket for ice.Safety: I felt safe here.Walkability: There are a few things in Walking access to the conference center. There's a CVS down the road. There is a Emory shuttle that will pick up about 2 - 3 minute walk away from the actual conference center.

I booked a room here for my Mom while I was in Emory for surgery.I would highly recommend this hotel! It has a secluded feel even though you're in the middle of the city, with gorgeous landscaping and wonderful outdoor spaces. The rooms are spacious and the shared spaces are full of comfortable furniture so you don't feel trapped in your room. It's a short walk to the hospital, or they have a free shuttle with very accommodating hours. The parking garage is very secure.I chose the package which included breakfast and it was wonderful. The staff here is amazing. Always so friendly and helpful. They even made sure that my mom got the hospital rate when she needed to add an additional night at the last minute.I didn't get to spend much time here due to my hospital stay, but it was a wonderful place to get a good night's sleep before returning home and we will be back for my next surgery.Walkability: There are some restaurants and a CVS a short walk away.

I only stayed one night but it was great! Chris was at the front desk and was very professional and accommodating. I actually called to the desk a couple times, for things that were NOT an issue with the hotel, just my personal preferences. Chris didn’t seem bother or inconvenience and I appreciate that. I also needed to call an Uber, and that went seamless. Parking is free, covered and you have to have a room card to access the parking. Once parked, you take an elevator in the parking area that will take you to the lobby. So very convenient in my opinion. Very nice hotel and I found it to be beautiful. Will definitely stay again.Rooms: Clean and comfortableSafety: I felt very safe and the parking is secured.

Great bar and conference rooms. The rooms were nice too but the balconies were disgusting.

I'm here for a work conference and don't even have a working TV. Simple and basic requirements should be readily available right?

I wanted to say a special thanks to Michael Radcliffe and his team Keynisha and Christopher at the front desk. We arrived on November 30th as my Father In Law had a medical emergency, and needed medical attention at the VA. We were traveling from TN to FL and needed a place to stay. I personally interacted with Michael, Keynisha and Christopher throughout our stay. Each of them went out of their way to meet my families' needs. Great Hotel and Great Team!

Hefty'ish price but lovely place - inside and out. The wheelchair accessible room was very tight on space and not well laid out for maneuvering, but it was clean. The staff is super friendly. On site coffee and bar and food and gift shop options during certain hours. In room (Starbucks! :) coffee and fridge as well. Nearby amenities and shops. Highly recommend.
