Sweet hotel in the heart of Atlanta, right by everything. Coke Museum, aquarium, stadiums, park. Valet service is great and the restaurants are awesome in the hotel, including a Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse! Rooms are spacious and clean with awesome views of the town. Just beware of traffic if you come in at night during the weekend…. Sheeshhhh

The rooms are filthy. They are old, paint is peeling, bedding is torn and tattered. Every piece of furniture is chipped. The bathrooms are beyond disgusting. The door is so close to the toilet, the caulking is black around the toilet the grout is caked with dirt. It’s beyond disgusting. If I wasn’t staying here for a conference with my job I would’ve checked out immediately. It’s been the most uncomfortable trip of my entire life. The panel for both vents were literally coming off of the walls. They sent an engineer up twice to fix the problem and said that this is how they control the temperature. Great understand that but I shouldn’t be able to lift the panel up myself. It wasn’t even connected to the wall. I’m highly disappointed and disgustedRooms: The rooms are filthy. We booked here for March 10. Housekeeping clearly didn’t even make an attempt to clean the bathroom of the Presidential Suite! We were moved to what they said was a tier better than what we had and when we got to the new room, it was a tier lower. They then said they’d send housekeeping to clean the suite. We left small things out of place to test if the room would be fully cleaned. Of course, the room was not fully cleaned since the housekeeper left old napkins on the counter and didn’t refill the cups. Plus, the room was never vacuumed being that we found dog food all over the room and of course, my 1 year old found a way to get piece in her mouth. Total filth and disgust. I used my free night voucher. Now that’s gone. They offered points to my account but that’s far below the value of the Hilton free night voucher! By far, the worst Hilton establishment I’ve ever experienced! I’m a calm and reasonable guest so I didn’t make a scene, i tried to keep my complaints to where no one else could hear of my experience out of respect to others and allow others to make their own fair assessment of the property. It’s safe to say that I’ll never return here and Hilton, you’re counting your days, as your quality is consistently dwindling.

Good hotel and in a convenient location. The rooms were clean and large. The included breakfast with make to order omelette station is a nice plus. Good place to have a business meeting as there are a number of meeting rooms to choose from and the hotel is big enough to bring in a team of people.

Pick the Hilton across the street. The valet is entirely incompetent. We’ve stayed here on 6 separate occasions and each time, they are slow to get the car, unhelpful, and we wait in the street to pull in. Tonight it escalated to threats between guests who couldn’t do anything with their cars.

I have chronic back pain and was arriving early. Joseph was very accommodating in getting us checked in early. He had a great attitude and he and Christian were very welcoming . Hotel is super clean with a great suite layout. This will be my Go To hotel in Atlanta from now on.

We loved our stay here. The hotel was beautiful, the rooms were comfortable and spacious (small bathroom), breakfast was delicious and every start member we encountered was very kind. We loved the close proximity to things to do and would stay here again if in Atlanta. A lot of people complain about noise, which there was some coming in but not enough to disturb us.
