Moving my son into Elora at Buckhead. The staff is great especially Amber in the leasing office. I have dealt with her since our walkthrough and she is knowledgeable, caring about potential tenants, and answers all questions no matter how many I have had. She is a great representative/face of the complex. Having managed customer service at Discover card, I know great service when I see it and Amber personifies it for Elora.,

Had a wonderful apartment tour today with the team over at ELORA Buckhead. Amber was so gracious and so courteous and very knowledgeable about the property. The other staff were very courteous and nice and willing to share information through my apartment searching needs. I would definitely recommend anyone go and view the apartments and maybe even move in I know I have done an application because the property is so beautiful I even asked one of the residents while on my tour how they like living here and they said they love it. There is no Riff Raff or shenanigans unwanted.
because I asked specifically about that. visiting today was just an overall wonderful experience. I love their rooftop Jacuzzi and pool. I love that their gym is on the third floor and it doesn’t disturb residence below, the building is pet friendly 10 out of 10 recommend!

I came to visit a friend who lives at this complex. The concierge was amazing. I believe his name was Edwin. He made sure all parties were checked in and assisted us to the elevator. He also apologized as there were two different move-ins going on, so some of the elevators were occupied. When it was time to go, he made sure we left the building safely. I appreciated his hospitality!

Love living at the Elora! I want to shout out our concierges, Edwin and Kyla, who are extremely dependable, personable, and very thoughtful. We can always count on them to handle our packages, deliveries, and service providers. Their service is a huge part of what makes living at the Elora such a great experience.

Edwin - The Concierge with a Comedic Touch
Let's be honest, most concierges are professional and efficient, but Edwin takes it to the next level. Not only is he incredibly dependable, always handling tasks with flawless execution, but he's also genuinely hilarious! His wit and humor brighten up my day, every single time. It's impossible to interact with Edwin and not leave with a smile on your face. If you're looking for top-notch service with a side of laughter, Edwin is your guy!

The concierges are great - specifically Edwin and Kyla. Main downside is the management office and the way they handle packages. I had multiple packages locked in the office without access from concierge/security a couple days before Christmas and had to fly home for the holidays without presents. I emailed the Property Manager and never received a response back. Overall, location is everything with the building.
