I love 10 perimeter park! The staff are professional and the gym and clubhouse are so accommodating! They have washer and dryer connections but also a laundry room on property!

I have been living here for two years, it is a quiet place, spacious and very well located, since Erika is in charge things have improved, she is very professional, the staff is very friendly and they are always willing to help. The maintenance team responds quickly to requests. the dog park is completely renovated and the grills too!
I highly recommended this complex to live.

This has to be one of the best location it’s perfect for all of my needs and wants. The area has so much to offer such as great restaurants , shopping , trails , etc . The community itself is quiet and clean , which I loved.
