REVIEW UPDATE (LATEST): Sydney is AMAZING!! They got me all setup with a parking place and even set me up with an automatic door on a central floor! The other doors are much easier to push and I just overall feel so much better about living here while in treatment. Elden Galleria might be pricey, but it's worth it so far!! :)
REVIEW UPDATE: Elden's property management is really making an effort to help accommodate for special mobility needs now that they are aware of the issue. Everyone has things to learn and I value how the Elden Galleria has seemingly taken this on as a valuable learning experience. I'm legitimately impressed by how detailed of a solution they've come up with, and sincerely hope they make good on their word to improve the community for both my needs and the needs of the broader community here in Atlanta, which is rich and diverse in so many ways. (Will update review and rating if/when issues are fully addressed).
As an individual with mobility needs, I was initially thrilled to move into this community based on the glowing reviews and the promise of a beautiful, well-located place to call home. However, my excitement quickly turned to disappointment and a sense of being scammed when I discovered that the reality was far from what I had been led to believe.
Despite paying a premium to live in this community, it has become clear that my needs and the laws regarding accessibility for people with disabilities are not being respected. The doors to the building require an excessive amount of pressure to open, making it nearly impossible for someone in a wheelchair or using a walker to enter or exit independently. This is not only incredibly frustrating but also a clear violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), which mandates that doors should require no more than 5 lbs of pressure to open.
When I brought this issue to the attention of the office staff, I was met with a dismissive and disrespectful response. They suggested that having a fob to access the door should be sufficient, completely disregarding the fact that the excessive force required to open the door renders the fob useless for those with mobility issues. It feels like a bait and switch – they advertise themselves as an inclusive community, but in reality, they seem unwilling to make the necessary accommodations to ensure that all residents can access the building safely and independently.
It's becoming increasingly apparent that this community is designed almost exclusively for able-bodied individuals. While the units themselves may accommodate a standard wheelchair width, the lack of proper door functionality makes it clear that this place was not built with the needs of disabled residents in mind. It's disheartening to think that had the management been aware of my wheelchair use from the beginning, I might have been denied the opportunity to live here altogether.
I haven't even fully moved in, yet it's already clear, living in this community has been and may continue to be a constant struggle, especially since I am often unable to enter or exit the building without assistance. The promise of great amenities feels like a cruel joke when I may never have the chance to enjoy them due to the lack of accessibility. It's time for the management to take the needs of all residents seriously and make the necessary changes to ensure that everyone, regardless of their mobility, can call this place home.

I’ve been living here for a little over a month and can’t say enough good things. Cory and Erin at the front are extremely helpful with all my questions or requests. Erin, in particular, was extremely welcoming when I was touring and during move-in, which made the process very easy for me. Since then, I’ve been made to feel like a valued member of the community. I would recommend this community to everyone!

Erin did a tour for my friend and I and she, like the property, was nothing short of amazing! I was in awe at how beautifully crafted this complex truly is. Erin answered all of my questions and made sure to reach out and follow up. I look forward to applying. The atmosphere and customer service deserved a 10/10! I would recommend anyone to stay here.

I am so happy I decided the make The Elden Galleria my home! Erin is extremely welcoming and knowledgeable, and she did a great job at helping me find my place. I fell in love with the atmosphere of this complex, and the amenities are fantastic. I admire how clean and quiet the building always is. It’s also a very convenient location to many food options, major highways, and the battery.

The Elden is fantastic. I moved in at the beginning of June following a smooth and simple application process. Great location, with easy interstate access and short walking distance to the Battery. There's plenty of shopping and food nearby. The building is modern and clean. There are great amenities and conveniences (gym, delivery lockers, pool, indoor golf, lounge areas, digital door access, etc.). Plenty of peace and quiet in the living spaces too. What makes this place even better are the fantastic staff; Erin, Robin and Sydney are incredibly nice and helpful. I'm only here temporarily for work but if I were to live in an apartment in Atlanta, this would be it.

I recently visited Elden Galleria twice and was impressed by the professionalism, ambience, and wonderful fragrance. The property is immaculate and very well-maintained.
I'd like to start by thanking Erin. She has been very informative, helpful, friendly, and even remembered my name. That's great service. I relocated to Georgia from Las Vegas last year and the rental scene has been a nightmare. Elden at Galleria has been the best property I've visited by far. The apartments are beautiful and offer so much for renters looking for a wonderful vibe of accomplishment.
Although I haven't decided to lease at Elden yet, I can tell you that I want to call this place home. I believe in great vibes and excellent customer service.
Cori, who is new to the property, went above and beyond to accommodate our requests for the apartments we were interested in.
I can't say enough about this property. Let's also talk about the safety, which is crucial, especially living close to Atlanta. Upon arriving at the parking for future residents, Cori showed us and pointed out that there is a Cobb County police officer parked right at the entrance to watch who's going in and out, and another one on the property. This makes a huge difference and helps reduce the risk of break-ins.
I look forward to being a resident at Elden Galleria. Thank you, Erin, for your wonderful service. 10 out of 10. Your professionalism, smile, and friendliness light up the sky and give future residents awesome vibes. Cori, you will go a long way with this company. Your professionalism and dedication to being great shows. I can't forget about Kamry who showed us our tour the first time with Erin. Kamry, congratulations on your new promotion. Thank you for assisting us.
Lastly, but always first thank you to management for leading the ladies to keep being successful and for the amazing service.

Well, well, well... I'm must say while in the process of helping a family member search for an apartment.. I'm glad I was introduced to Elden Galleria! Elden Galleria is apparently the place to be. When I say these apartments have a lot of amenities.. I mean it!!! Truly a one stop shop. There's no need to really leave home for fun or relaxation. I will definitely recommend anyone relocating to this area to strongly consider making this your home!

I knew within a short amount of time that I made the right decision to move here. From the day I moved in the entire leasing office has gone above and beyond to make sure I felt welcomed and addressed any issues that came up at move in. The floor plans and amenities are great with quality features that are very well maintained. The location is great with easy highway access while also being quiet. Highly recommend!
