A rather nice hotel. My experience with trying to check in over the phone or checking in over the app was a disaster. Was really turned off by the lack of customer service with that. My friend had to wait 7 hours because I was delayed. They might want to revise that policy and offer better training. However, Jacob who checked me in was stellar. Akim helped me with a parking situation and went above and beyond. Still surprised with the poor service and lack of care with wanting to check in over the phone and through the app. It left a bad taste in my mouth. Leaves much to be desired. I hope this can be resolved and addressed in the future for other guests. Everyone can improve. Hopefully, this will change. I will give them another shot. I wish the establishment well. Looking forward to a stellar stay in future.Rooms: Nice and clean.Nearby activities: It is Buckhead.Noteworthy details: Clear opportunity to improve customer service across the board. Everyone can improve.

Upon arrival I had to wait even though 4+ people acknowledged me but just stood there rather than assist me, the next guest... I thought that was strange and should've known the stay would be subpar based on that.I was given a room on the first level despite checking in right when the window opened and mentioned for safety reasons that I didn't want to be on that level- they did nothing about it aside from offer me the option to check again the next day!I walk into my room and it's at the end of the hallway next to the housekeeping headquarters, dumpster and the end of the roundabout near the parking where cars turn around with a clear view into the room along with their bright lights. I walk into my bathroom and a decent amount of the handles and shower bars were loose- this was a handicapped room mind you- terribly dangerous had someone actually needed stability- this was fixed after night one by a nice maintenance man. I asked to speak to the manager Tyrell King by this point after RJ and Rizzo? Housekeeping mgr... tried to help me and he was single handedly the least empathic and knowledgeable manager I've ever encountered. His condescending tone made no sense considering he doesn't even know the layout of his own rooms. After presenting my issues he said it was the room I paid for and nothing could be done- I kept choking things off and also asked about the blinds that didn't work and he said to find the lever- LMAO- maintenance showed me that they're battery operated- has this manager even been into the rooms? Wouldn't that be COMMON knowledge? Why couldn't he just help when I asked? My second morning I woke up before 8 to all the housekeeping and hotel staff being wildly loud until about 4-5pm... remember my room was next to their headquarters...it was insane how inconsiderate they all were knowing guests stay on that floor. I was looking forward finally getting rest until some asshat with a nonstop barking dog checked into room 132. I was at the end of the hall same floor and heard the dog as if it was in my room. This lasted for 3.5 hours- again- no one gave a shit. Jordan has no business working a hotel front desk. The breakfast is subpar, the hotel staff don't care and the hotel guests are entitled. Pay the extra money to stay elsewhere. This was by far the worst hotel experience I've had and I travel 2-5 times a month so there's many opportunities...The lack of ability to do anything by anyone is laughable and shows that no one here actually holds any kind of power- it's kinda sad and tiring to have no support when paying hundreds of dollars. RJ was nice, but a pushover and full of empty assurances. You guys need to lower your rate since the experience can't be guaranteed in all rooms available as per Tyrell King. This is the sorriest hotel I've stayed at- motel 6 woulda been better! Not having a manager on duty in the PM during weekends when you're the busiest is giving DUMB.

Clean, comfortable, modern hotel in the heart of Buckhead. Reasonably priced for the area. Rooms are clean & spacious. Free breakfast with good food options! Reasonable and safe parking. Just about the best choice in this neighborhood at this price point!

Stayed here for business and leisure before moving onto Nashville and decided to return on our last night before flying back to the UK.Can’t fault the hotel except the music in reception was a little too loud. Exceptionally clean, breakfast and location are good and I would like to thank Tyrell on reception for his friendly, professional and going above and beyond attitude.

Very nice hotel. Loved all the little extras in the room and the set up. Very comfortable. Great breakfast included. Staff were friendly and professional. Pet friendly too. Only downside (which we weren't aware of) was the parking is in a parking garage (they did have the parking reserved near entrance for hotel guests) and it was $25 a night.

Pros: Check in was smooth and quick. The staff was super friendly and efficient. Location is great and in close to shopping areas and eateries. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The hallway and room smelled fresh. The mini kitchenette was nice with microwave, mini fridge, toaster, coffeemaker, and sink. The free breakfast was good, they have grab-and-go breakfast and cook-to-order foods.Cons: Walls are paper thin. Can hear everything your neighbor is doing from baby crying to flushing the toilet to letting their window shade up. Parking is $25.

My Fiance and myself had a great stay. We did find a few things that need to be improved.Cons:-Shower door was broken and almost fell off track.- Breakfast could have been a little better. Not the worst but not the greatest.- Housekeeping asking if we checking out after the first day.- Sound like Housekeeping was trying to get into our room during the 2nd morning.- Swimming pool is very small.Pros:- Walking distance to endless restaurants and shopping.- Nice decor bar is located inside of the hotel.- Outside sitting area we're both nice and cozy.- Front Desk Agents were pleasant and friendly during our stay.- Room was spacious and cozy.Overall the stay was great, but will definitely need some improvement to keep future and past guest returning for future visit.

I am appalled at this Marriott location. I booked a 3 night stay and chose to use the remote check in option. I stated that I would be arriving at 4am, as I had a long distance to travel. I received a text that night around 11pm stating, "Marriott Hotels msg: Your room is nowready. Please come to the front desktopick up your keys. Std Msg&Data RatesMay Apply; Reply STOP 2 stop msg". Upon receiving the text I assumed everything was fine. After driving all day, I arrived at the hotel aroynd 4am to be greeted by a woman who was less than thrilled to do her job. I was very polite, telling her I just need to pick up my keys because everything has already been taken care of. She proceeded to tell me that they had canceled my reservation, incurring a 1 night cancelation fee, and that I would need to make an entirely new reservation. I tried to explain that I had received a text and had even notified them of my arrival at such a late hour. She was unapologetic and almost seemed to take pleasure in being no help. I left the hotel to take my business elsewhere. I ended up having to sleep in my vehicle, due to the new hotel that I booked was full. Today I reached out to the manager of this hotel. He stood by them taking my money by telling me that it is common knowledge to hotel customers that audits run at 1am and that we should know to call them, despite me stating my arrival time during remote check in. I have never received such ill customer service from a Marriott hotel. I would rate service at a negative star rating if it were possible .Noteworthy details: Customer service is negative 3 stars.

Great place in Buckhead... Got a lot of stuff close, stores and restaurants. Staff at the front desk and mr. rj are amazing and attentive. Rooms are nice size clean and we were there 2 weeks. We utilized the kitchen the fridge and everything they offered there. I have no complaints and I'm going back soon and u less the rooms fall off for some reason I'll keep going there!!
