Eileen Brewster and her team have been providing us with top notch insurance service for going on 27 or 28 years. They never disappoint. Kerri Shettgen, part of Eileen's team, has been especially helpful this year in response to our car accident. Her advice and quick responses were just what we needed during that stressful time. Kerri Schettgen was extremely helpful in providing me insurance quotes for my three vehicles. Very professional and personable, she offered excellent customer service, prompt turnaround time, and thorough follow up. I would highly recommend her and her office. I will be transferring my home insurance with them in the very near future.One of the best decisions I have made in 2021 was to change car insurance providers, but the best decision was using the office of Eileen Brewster. My insurance agent is Kerri Schettgen and she has exceeded ALL my expectations, it is incredible how she goes above and beyond to help me with my needs and to guide me, step by step, if I need anything from them. I highly recommend Eileen Brewster's State Farm office for insurance. My family has used her office for the past 25 years. Her team responds quickly, and they are always looking out for our interests. Anyone in the office will help you and they will do a good job, but I always ask for Alla. She is so friendly and always goes the extra mile.

I have been with this agency for years! Eileen and Lynn are the greatest! We have made many changes over the past years, from kids driving, to buying new homes. They have always made these types of changes so easy to manage. Even when we suffered roof damage from a storm they were extremely responsive and we had a new roof in no time! If you are looking for an insurance agency that actually cares about their clients this is definitely the place you want to be!

My wife and I have been with Eileen for literally decades and all of our insurance coverages are bundled together with State Farm. We recently moved to a different city within our state and we briefly changed State Farm agents so that we would have a local contact. Not such a good move. The other agent couldn't hold a candle to Eileen's professionalism and service standards----so we quickly switched everything back to her. She is extremely knowledgeable about all coverages and we take great comfort in knowing that we're in such capable hands.

The team here at this office are so helpful. Ella is usually there and she has such a wealth of knowledge, efficient, and offers great service. They were able to inform/educate me on things I needed to know regarding my policies and most recently helped with my move to a new apartment regarding renters insurance. I have been working with Alla Ladyko from Eileen Brewster’s office since the last 3 years or so. I have had varied policy and claims requirements related to auto, home and rental car in these 3 years. I have found Alla and the other staff from this office to be extremely responsive and customer focused. I have always had my questions completely answered and Alla makes it a point to follow up promptly and address my concerns. I love this team and I wish them the very best !

I've had Eileen Brewster as my State Farm Insurance Agent for so many years that I've lost count. Whenever I have concerns or questions I call or email Eileen or Lynn Mazzurra -- both ladies respond quickly, efficiently and with a professional attitude that is reassuring and pleasant. It's a horrible feeling when your car is out-of-whack for any reason. And it's nice to know that Eileen and her team can help make the transition to a new vehicle or a repaired one --painless.

This is a shout out for Kerri Schettgen for her help last week with our transfer from Georgia to South Carolina for our new Honda lease. Kerri took over from the Honda salesman and with us as a long term customer of the Brewster team, Kerri handled all of the necessary paperwork to begin the official transfer.
