I wish I couldn’t leave a star at all! My boyfriend ordered a day before Valentine’s Day and I still haven’t received my arrangements. They stated, “attempted delivery” which I was home all day. Called the next day trying to give them another chance to either delivery the items again or refund. I chose to be delivery again… which I didn’t receive any type of communication and the items wasn’t delivered. I’ve been calling all morning to seek a refund and no answer, I had to result to leaving a review which I hate to do! Can someone at least disperse my refund for a purchase I haven’t received and ruined my whole entire Valentine’s Day!?

I ordered on Jan 22nd for delivery on Valentines day for my sister & mother. Valentines day comes around & my order is not delivered. I tried to contact the store throughout the day & was given a busy tone/voicemail every time. Two days later, they have still not received the order. I have reached out to customer service multiple times because at this point, I just want my $60 back. Have not heard anything back for over 2 days. Very disappointed & will not order again.

Place an order for valentine day. They did not deliver no show no call I called a few times no answer I will never use this business again. Do not recommend. Waiting on my refund.

I placed an order 2 weeks in advance, paid in full, in order for it to be delivered on valentine’s day. The order was never delivered. I called the store over 10 times and was repeatedly left on hold, and was never able to talk with an employee. Since I don’t live in the state, I can’t go to the store person and check on my order, and asking my girlfriend to go check would ruin the surprise. As of now my order has still not been delivered and I would not recommend anyone to order a delivery from this place. Especially if you’re out of state, they will waste your time and your money.

Please do not order from this location , I placed an order in the morning time around 9am when store opened and a scheduled pickup same day at 12pm . As soon as I walked into store the guy asked for my name and stated what time is your pickup and when I said 12 he said “ nah that ain’t gone happen , pull up your confirmation so I can give you a refund . And then made an announcement to everyone that he issuing out refunds as if it’s not Valentine’s Day and people paid there money . This completely ruined my and my day because he didn’t even give reason why my order wasn’t ready. I didn’t get a phone call or email stating this before I drove there to pick up what I paid for and then he rudely states I’ll get my money back in 7-10 business days as if that should solve the issue . I am completely discussed because I never received this treatment from edible arrangements and I’m a returning customer but this just turned me completely off and I will never order from edible arrangements again .

I am so disappointed with the experience I am currently having with Edible Arrangements. I always thought this was a reputable and trustworthy company which is why I turned to them first when ordering a Valentines gift for my college student who is in Atlanta, Georgia. I've reached out to the number posted for this business on its Facebook page and it is out of service. I've submitted multiple inquiries in the website for the store location. I've called the store directly numerous times since yesterday, left voicemail messages and waited for a representative until it timed out and sent me back to voicemail. Now the store is apparently closed and the order status never even moved from Order Received to Order being Arranged and Order in Transit. My daughter never received either of the two orders I placed costing more than $300. If only someone could have at least cancelled the order if unable to fulfill so I would have had the opportunity to place the order with a local florist answering phones and conducting business with open communication. I'm less upset about the money and more upset that my daughter did not receive the gesture we arranged to show her how much she is loved this Valentine’s Day while she is away from our family. If there is a shred of decency, I hope someone will reach out and rectify this situation immediately. Obviously a refund is due but the disappointment and frustration caused me and so many others is inexcusable.

Placed an order on February 6th to be delivered on vday!! Called store all day, no answer, reached out to customer service no response!! Called the 877 number pressed 3 to speak to someone and no one answered smh!! Checked the website for status and just saw order received, never went past that

This is a terrible company. They changed my tracking number without communication. Gave me a tracking number for someone else’s order in another state. When they decided to give me the correct tracking number, I called the store and didn’t receive an answer. They are so unorganized and not prepared for this day. My wife is a teacher and specified in writing that the delivery was for a school and nothing arrived. After 5pm the company stated that my order is out for delivery. What elementary/middle school is still open at that time. Just give me back my refund. This is my first and last time using this company. What a terrible experience. They messed my wife’s little surprise up.

They don’t answer the phone and I’m now having to go to the store because I did not receive my “surprise”. $150 for me to pick up fruit. Ridiculous.

Don’t go to or buy anything from this location. There’s a plus size black guy in there with dread locks, who be canceling orders just cause. I had two orders put in for my friend and my girlfriend. I paid them to have the fruits and flowers delivered. Called a few hours later to check the status. They told me that the employee at that location that put in the order called them to tell them “not” to worry about one of my orders. Mind you, I paid for both. Not sure what’s was wrong with him but he did seem high and didn’t care to work there.They’ll take your money and not care to follow through with the arrangement. Never again.

Love this location I went to this location on yesterday and the light skin girl with the butterfly tattoo on her neck she bring a great energy, and she is so sweet I will be coming back.

Wife and I both unknowingly ordered from here for each other on our Anniversary and they played off asking if I was picking up 2 items when I went to go pick mine up. Bravo to this team. Both were on time and delicious.

Really great service. Also I was pleasantly surprised that they offer more than just fruit arrangements. They offer individual treats for purchase like mini cheesecakes, cupcakes, cookies and smoothies.

Perry is the new owner of both Buckhead locations & he’s doing great damage control from previous reviews! I came in for a birthday treat and the strawberries he gave me are so fresh and amazing! I know the previous reviews can cause a bit of hesitation but trust me, he has it sparking clean and I will be returning for my favorite treat, chocolate strawberries at least once a month!
