NEVER EVER AGAIN EVERRRRRRRRYou're a LIAR, your incompetent receptionist Never told me I needed a PDF. I got to Your establishment at 10am, AFTER CALLING AT 9:30AM and asking VERY SPECIFIC QUESTIONS VIA THE PHONE. Your incompetent receptionist told me it would be 1.50 per page. NEVER MENTIONED ANY OTHER FEE, and your ILITERATE processor (RAY) made the images lighter, then darker. I was told after I DISCOVERED A TYPO on MY OWN, to go and change it to a PDF FORMAT. I ALSO WAS TOLD THAT ONCE I RETURNED ITLL TAKE 15 MINUTES. IT ACTUALLY TOOK 1 AND A HALF HOURS. NO ONE TOLD ME TO COME BACK AT A CERTAIN TIME. THERE WAS A LOT OF MISCOMMUNICATION. DO NOT ACT LIKE THIS WAS MY FAULT. MEANWHILE YALL WERE SMOKIMG WEED AND PARTYING IN THE BACK OF THE BUSINESS, WHILE I WAITED FOR AN EXTENSIVE TIME PERIOD. THE OWNER HAD THE AUDACITY TO ASK ME IN FRONT OF THE STAFF WHAT THEY COULD DO BETTER. I DIDNT HIRE YOUR STAFF, I DONT TEACH GROWN ADULTS.... THIS PLACE IS A JOKE...ANOTHER STAFF MEMBER OFFERED TO DELIVER MY PRODUCT AFTER, I WAS TOLD 15 MINUTES, AND BASICALLY WASTED AN ENTIRE DAY....KEEP LYING!!! IM NOT THE ONE!!! I SHOULDN'T HAVE PAID $30, THE WORK IS SLOPPY, GRAINY, AND UNPROFFESIONAL....I WILL SPREAD THE WORD ABOUT THIS VERY UNPROFFESIONAL, NON ACCOMDATING ESTABLISHMENT.

Super happy with my experience here. I printed some documents for a presentation with another shop and I was disappointed with the quality. I came here and the whole staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure I left satisfied with a quality product.

Very very good people. I needed to print some documents in a very short notice so I went to east point printing earlier than their normal opening time and he still printed my stuff for me. He was very polite as well. Thank you East Point printing.

I was in a bind needing to urgently print a graphic powerpoint and Raymond could not have been more helpful - he even taught me about the old printing press in the shop while managing to get my presentation printed in just a few minutes! Highly, highly recommend East Point Printing!

Fast, friendly and cheap! I was looking at ordering a label on Etsy and decided to try this route instead. Designed a label in Canva and sent it over to East Point printing. They had it done for me in an hour!
