Missed our Spirit flight in the morning and had to spend the night in ATL for our next flight at 10pm the next day. Easily booked a room online, the shuttle to and from the Inn was straightforward although when waiting for the shuttle to go back to the airport you may wanna wait outside the Inn, sometimes the shuttle driver does not announce they are there. Front Desk and Staff were very kind. Can't beat the free food and beverages offered in the morning and evening in the dining area. Check out was at 11AM but the front desk kindly allowed us to stay until 1PM with no extra fees after asking. Back to back great experience at this Inn, would 100% stay here again. Turned my bad day around for the better thank you!!

Slightly dated room, but what's offered for the price, compared to the other renowned establishments near Hartsfield, is unmatched. Comfy beds and abundant pillows, a free airport shuttle, and a varied breakfast made for an enjoyable stay. The breakfast area had a bit of an insect problem, however the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating--moreso than pretty much any place I've stayed.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for two nights and we were both pretty pleased for the most part. The aesthetic and color scheme of typical Drury's are not my personal favorite, and after seeing what this one looked like in person compared to the Disney Springs location, you'd think they are completely separate hotel chains. I did like that the rooms were extremely clean and cozy. Smelled fresh the moment we stepped in. The AC worked great, I like that they also had a mini-fridge and microwave. I don't mind that the place is a little dated (furniture, elevator, carpet, stairs, etc) if that means I can get a price point in my budget in a safe location- does this feel like the *safest* place, honestly no, we were worried about our car during our stay. Anyway, we still had marble countertops for the sink, and a nice wide shower head. The flatscreen TV was also great, we were able to watch Sunday football on there and hook up his Xbox, the wifi gave us 0 problems. The breakfast wasn't of best quality, but for what its worth, the waffles and potatoes were great, and I personally appreciate when hotels offer their guests 'something'. I also like that the parking is somewhat controlled access, meaning you need a room key to get in and out but it doesnt seem to be monitored, theyre just some sticks that come down so anyone can easily bypass or walk through. Our main problem with this location was that on our day of checkout, our door was knocked on twice (9am and 10am) when checkout is at 11am. Both times, the housekeeper said she was "just checking" on us, but this felt like the hotel is trying to rush guests out of their stay. We complained at the front desk and let them know we have a very long drive ahead of us which is why sleep was a priority and we were sticking to checking out at 11, no sooner. They apologized, and the front desk staff was great and knowledgable whenever we had questions. The airport is across the street for those interested, my boyfriend and I figured thats why the prices for the weekend we stayed were a bit elevated compared to what we thought Drury's would go for. Advertised rates were $130 a night, but after fees came out to $170, so just be aware. If you book advanced, like we did, you absolutely cannot modify or even extend your stay, something I definitely learned my lesson on!! Save yourself the hassle and pay a few more dollars for the peace of mind on that flexibility.

5 cars broken into the night we stayed. Walked up on glass beside my car from one of them and my wife was terrified. Found out the same thing occurred the night before. Cop on scene stated that the there's a theft ring that hits the hotels in the area often. The hotel staff seemed muzzled and reluctant to talk about it. Cooperate rep seemed bother by us calling but did comp our room for 1 of 2 nights we stayed. I do ask if the hotel is trying to keep this issue under wraps in order to prevent customers from going elsewhere. Read the other reviews. This is not a new issue, yet the hotel still doesn't have "real" security guards in place to protect thier guests. The police also stated that they are unable to sit at every hotel in the area. So Drury Inn, seems you need to step up to the plate.

This is a lovely hotel with excellent amenities, and the rooms are clean and attractive. The service absolutely cannot be beaten, and the manager Nicole does her very best to make sure that guests are happy and have everything they need. The rest of the staff (shout out, Anthony!) are friendly and helpful. Also breakfast AND dinner being included make life easier if you don't want to go out. Excellent experience!Nearby activities: Very close to the airport, and the hotel offers shuttle service.

It was an okay hotel for a one night stay. The rooms were a bit dated but clean and the AC worked. The front desk had good customer service. I would have rated it higher if it wasn’t for the hotel shuttle driver being so rude. I had a wheelchair and he was not helpful and acted like it was an inconvenience. The front desk assured me the wheelchair would be fine.

A little on the older side for a Drury. The carpet was a bit worn in our room. But overall, a fantastic stay. Great breakfast. Clean room. Friendly staff.

After staying at the Drury in Orlando, I expected more of this chain. I was disappointed. Yes, it's close to the airport, but that's about the only pro.Cons: the building seems old and a bit run down. The location is close to the airport, but the property is small and surrounded by lots of sketchiness. I didn't *feel* safe, despite the fence around the property. The breakfast was fine, but WAY less than what I got at the Orlando location. There IS a shuttle to the airport, but it was running about 5-10 min late. It also picks up people from a neighboring hotel, so it was pretty packed. At least they picked us up first. But the driver practically begged for tips any time he talked to us.We did leave our vehicle there for 3 nights while we were on our trip. That's a nice perk. $10/day. And our car was fine when we returned. It's sad that I have to mention feeling relieved to see our car still there and in good shape, but it's how we felt.

Only stayed one night but so glad we came here. Service was great. Very welcoming. We had drinks and snacks which was really dinner and delicious. Missed the breakfast due to early flight out but they were serving oatmeal, grits, pastries, eggs, bacon or sausages and coffee, tea and cereal. Doesn't get any better than that. The shuttle service is a grat benefit. We will book Drury Hotels in our future travels. They also have indoor/outdoor pools and hot tub. Room has refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker.Thank you it was a wonderful one night stopover.Kathy

Stayed here the day before our flight. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful!!!! Dinner buffet, complimentary drinks and breakfast included, and the shuttle leaves at 4am super early if you wanna get ahead of the long lines at the airport.Rooms: The rooms have a fridge and microwave, which is always a plus in my book, and they allow you to use your firestick, unlike some hotels who want to charge you even more money to watch a movie!!! We will be staying here before our flights from now on.

Bright spot after traveling all day. We're coming back for the outstanding southern hospitality. We arrived at 7:15 pm and although the service ended at 7:00 we were offered snacks that included warm soup, salad, meatballs with gravy, delicious mashed potatoes, vegetables. Steamed buns to go with our hot dog.Hot popcorn until 8:00 pm. Soda fountain closes at 9:00Our room was small but very clean. I had a great night's rest to wake up to breakfast that ends at 9:30. That's 6:30 PDT!I ate waffles with the signature DRURY in the center, sausages, potatoes, hot coffee, oatmeal. All complimentary Nicole, the manager, and Anthony were stellar. No is not in their vocabulary. All smiles looking out for us. We're almost 80. A man in the elevator said that it's his fourth stay. My husband said that he read the rave reviews to make his choice. The training must be excellent. Free parkingMinutes from ATL very convenient We will be back!!

When I fly out of Atlanta I ALWAYS stay here. one of the best hotels I regularly stay at. I am not sure who manages the hotel, but they do a great job!! The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating its Chick Fila level service. The room is clean, and I think the hotel has been remodeled. They have a good breakfast and its five minutes away from the airport if that. When I fly out Atlanta, I will not say anywhere else.

It was all fine but the front desk tried to give us instructions about finding international flights and they didn't know what they were talking about, the shuttle driver gave us another set of instructions. We tried to follow their directions but, in the end, save yourself a lot of time and hassle and just get off if the shuttle for domestic flights and go check in with your airline, they will get you where you need to be. Drury front desk and shuttle driver know nothing about international flights. Tell your people to stick with their hotel knowledge and leave flights up to the airline staff.
