Drexler Glass installed a shower door and window for me.
1. The reps who came out on site to do the measurements (Michael and Ethan) were also the installers. This might not sound like a big deal, but having the person who took measurements and notes also do the installation makes a huge difference.
2. I knew that one of my shower window walls wasn't exactly plumb. Off at the top by about a 1/4 of an inch. I didn't point it out and waited to see if they noticed... they measured top, middle and bottom, and indicated that the opening was a little wider at the top... not a problem they said. We can custom cut the glass so that it fits like a charm... it did. I knew right then I had chosen the right guys.
3. When they showed up to install the glass, they took their time, did the install to perfection, and even gave me a couple of options as to where to place the glass. Little things like this made a huge difference in the final appearance.
4. Their price was very competitive, and a great value for the money especially considering that their installation was above and beyond.
I highly recommend Drexler Glass, and if you do use them, be sure to ask for Michael and Ethan to do the install!

This was my third time buying a glass door from Drexler. They are always the easiest part of any bathroom renovation. Great communication, Michael and Kevin did a seamless install, and they were great to work with me on a tight deadline before company arriving. Everyone in the office is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
Our service advisor was Brianna, she was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the process. Our installers were Jeremy and Ethan. They both did excellent work. They were timely, polite, and efficient. In and out in under 45 minutes for a shower glass install.
Everyone did a phenomenal job, and if I ever need glass again I know who to call!

Drexler’s professional approach to our shower enclosure project from start to finish was impressive. In the showroom/office, Jeanne and Brianna were informative and remained attentive to our project even as small as it was. We have used Drexler over the years to install three different Shower doors and walls, and recommended them to others. We recently needed to change a glass wall. We spoke with Jeanne and Brianna, and they guided us through the process. Then, Ethan and Jeremy, removed walls and hardware, and when we were ready to install they returned and did a beautiful job. They left our home in terrific condition as well. It was a great experience.

Our house had a glass shower door when we moved in. This previously installed glass shower door was hitting the other piece of glass and making a loud popping sound every time we opened it, startling our kids. Michael and Kevin came out and fixed the door and old hinges in about 10 minutes. Now it works perfectly. Wish I had called Drexler sooner!

My Original experience was nice, we had our entire glass shower enclosure replaced and paid 2,500 that price seemed fair. However 3 years later our door started to slip from the hinges . I called to get an estimate of service. $250 per hour to include the travel time seemed excessive .I shopped around and that price was exorbitant ! I’m disappointed enough to leave this review
