The Hostile, Rude - Front Desk STAFF, and Rinku VAISHNAV, O.D., Attempted to Extort ILLEGAL Copayment Cash, from me, that were NOT Required, with my FULL Vision Medical Insurance Coverage. Rinku VAISHNAV & her Office STAFF, are RACISTS. Hostile. Gross MISCONDUCT. LENOX Rd. Pearle Vision. (March 2024).

Dr. Vaishav and her team are great. They are professional and the eye exam process always goes smoothly. There is little to no wait time and Dr. Vaishav is very thorough in her explanations.
