Very good location, just off the interstate with easy access to the property. The staff were very nice and helpful. Plenty of parking which is definitely a plus for Atlanta area hotels.Rooms: The rooms were very clean and everything worked.

The food service at the bar and dining room was top notch. We were very impressed with quality of the food and the friendliness and professionalism of all the wait staff, especially Jaiden Carroll and Courtney Carroll, as they were so attentive and treated us as if we were the only ones there. They made our dining experience one to remember and if I could, I'd ask for them to take care of us whenever we are there. Amazing service and this hotel is lucky to have them.Food & drinks: The food was simply amazing and every choice I had absolutelydelicious!!

Pros:-Very nice nice hotel. The lobby is beautiful and my room was very modern.-Breakfast buffet was average but the cozy dining area made up for it. I did order the short rib burger with fries for dinner and it was delicious.-Close to highway, gas stations, and restaurants.-Staff friendlyCons:-While the gym was lovely and very clean, there was no Wi-Fi service inside, therefore the Peloton bike did not work.-If you're staying on the even side rooms 204, 206, 208, 210, are located by the pool and sauna, be prepared for a noisy evening if you're an early bird like me and go to bed by 8 /9 pm.Overall, great hotel. I would stay here again.

Lobby is nice but the rooms are JUNK. Peeling paint, broken locks, no towels at the pool. It was just dumpy. Never staying here again.

I have never left a bad comment while I am still staying in the hotel, it’s been a terrible stay at this point. I am staying in this hotel for a business trip for a 2 week stay. After the first week I started to notice the hallway my room was located was getting dirtier and dirtier, garbage and dirty towels were piled up in the hallway.When I return to my room on the 8th day my room key did not work, when I asked the front desk they informed me that the hotel is under construction and the floor my room was in will be getting worked on and I have to move to a different room.This was not communicated to my when I checked in nor the past 7 days I was staying in the hotel, which also explained why they stopped cleaning the hallways on that floor.An hour after I moved into my new assigned room the ceiling in the bathroom starting leaking, front desk sent engineering up, without even taking a look the engineer said “yes, this is normal for this room, it will leak every time the person above you takes a shower, you should change room”The hotel was booked that night and did not have a new room for me until the next night, I had to listen to a dripping noice all night as the bathroom door was broken and will not shut.My room phone ran at midnight which woke me up, a call from the new front desk person who just started their shift and asked me to switch room (at midnight!) they told me they didn’t not have another comparable room as the one I am staying in and I would have to downgrade, same thing I was told 4 hours ago. I had to spend 10min to explain to them what the last person told me and it was already set up for a room change the next day.Finally repack and changed my room the next night, the new room has a window above 2 giant exhaust and a few giant air conditioning units, with that said the entire time during this mix up, I had to interact with 3 different employees and not one person apologized for the inconvenience.

THE WORST HOTEL IVE EVER BEEN TOO. The beds had BLOOD ON THE SHEETS AND THE BATHROOM WAS NOT CLEAN ! Management was the worst ! Tiqua Kindell was the worst front desk associate to help me! Her attitude was HORRIBLE! PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!

When you walk into the lobby here you'll be shocked by how nice it looks. Very upscale by DoubleTree standards. Front desk staff was great and made us feel appreciated as diamond members and gave us an upgrade.Rooms were recently refurbished. Furniture was comfortable and modern. There were visible elements left over, though, like our bathroom door was a bit beat up and wouldn't close all the way unless you pushed it HARD. Rooms could also use a bit more light. Even with all the lamps on it was still fairly dark.We were there for an event. Buffet food was pretty good, as were the bartenders. Nothing to complain about.

Rooms: The room was clean and adequately stocked (plenty of hangers). The bed was exceptionally comfortable. Trendy and relaxing reading chair. Comfortable lighting.Noteworthy details: Each guest was presented with a welcome bag, which was a nice touch. Cozy fireplace and lounge area.
