I attended a two day conference at this hotel but stayed across the street at a different hotel. Thank goodness I did. This hotel has a cleaning problem. For the two days, this is what I observed:The bathrooms were not cleaned the entire two days.Toilet paper and seat covers not refilled/replaced.An odor in the bathroom that got stronger each day.Something spilled in the lobby. Floor was never mopped. See videoLastly the chairs in the lobby area are old, scratched up, and not clean.Just with this observation I would never opt to stay at this hotel.

They really need to renovate this place badly. Fix the elevators, vacuum (shampoo) the carpets. If you want a hot shower, you'd better let the water run for at least 10 minutes or find out the hard way. Breakfast is not complimentary. $18.95 per person was steep for what was served.....

We are Hilton Diamond and we travel all over the world... this has definitely been the worst experience. Bad treatment by the staff, terrible breakfast, bad transportation service. They never clean the room. It is a hotel that does not look like a Hilton chain. The elevator only works one and you have to wait a long time. I don't recommend it to anyone. It is better that they close this establishment if they cannot maintain Hilton standards.

This hotel is the worst hotel by Hilton I've ever stayed at. It felt like at a dirty motel but for an expensive price. I showered because I had an 8 hour flight ahead but I felt dirtier coming out of the shower. The thermostat stopped working in the morning so I was wrapping up work stuff and sweating. Please find a different hotel.

I stayed there on the night of Thursday, March 7, 2024. The evening of checking in, I confirmed with the front desk clerk that they served breakfast in the morning, but it was not free. So, on the morning of the 8th, I went down to breakfast, fully expecting to pay. At most hotels, when you must pay for breakfast it is either (1) served like a traditional diner, where a hostess greets you, and a sever takes your order, and there is an actual menu to order from, or (2) it is a buffet, like is common of continental breakfasts, except there are several food options and the food is, if not great, at least acceptable. There is also usually someone to greet you and seat you, and take your room number. This is not either of these. When I arrived on the morning of the 8th, I walked up, expecting a hostess to seat me. There was no one around whatsoever, save two patrons eating their breakfast at tables. I walked up to the limited buffet, with no one around at all. Nothing but a sign indicating that someone would be happy to serve me at the hot bar, and that the breakfast cost $19.85. I was confused, because I was standing at the hot bar, and there was no one around. I thought, "maybe the buffet is free, and there is a restaurant on the other side of the hotel?" I walked out, wondered around, saw nothing, and walked back in. Still, there was no one around to seat me, serve me food at the hot bar, or take my room number. In fact, the buffet choices were turned, facing me, not someone who might be serving me food.I decided to flip the lids up to see what was being offered for breakfast. Options were (1) small biscuits about a hard as a rock, (2) not-so-tempting cream of wheat (3) grits (4) lackluster bacon, and (5) some sort of breakfast potato, and (6) acceptable scrambled eggs. There was also a small assortment of breads, muffins, fruit, and two options of juice. In short, all of them items once would expect to find in your average FREE continental breakfast. After examining the food, and still no one to serve me, seat me, or provide me with any information at all, I determined that maybe this is a continental breakfast, and was in fact, free.It wasn't until I sat down that someone offered me coffee. No further information was asked of me. No bill was presented to me. I turned down the coffee, finished eating, and left.As I was getting back on the elevator, I heard someone yelling, "SIR....SIR!" It didn't occur that I was the "sir" in question, until, as the elevator doors were shutting, someone tried to stick their hand in, and the doors slightly opened, though not even for me to see anyone, shut, slightly opened, and shut again. At this point, I realized, someone was trying to get my attention.I went up to my room, collected my belongings, went down to the front desk to check out, and decided to be honest, and inform the front desk clerk that I also had breakfast, and to please tack that onto my final bill. The clerk then gestured towards the lady who asked me whether I wanted coffee and asked her whether I was the person she was looking for...and yes, apparently I was.The coffee lady then very rudely told me, "BREAKFAST ISNT FREE SIR, YOU NEED TO PAY FOR THAT!" I attempted to explain that is exactly what I was trying to do here at the front desk, while I was checking out. She then told me that I couldn't pay at the front desk and to follow her. So I did...to some back room of the dining area, not at all visible in the dining area, where I was billed $19.85 + tax for a hard roll, crappy bacon, and what could pass for eggs. They even have the nerve to include a tip line. I left $1.00, as I figured the lady did attempt to serve me coffee and presumably cleaned up after me.This is the most I have ever paid for what should have been, a FREE breakfast. I could have gone to Chik Fil A, spent half as much, and had a larger and more fulfilling meal.Avoid the breakfast, unless you want to spend $20 on lackluster food, and absolutely no service whatsoever.

I would not recommend staying here.I am a big fan of the DoubleTree brand, but this hotel does not live up the standards that I believe the brand is.I will start with the good of this hotel. The front desk crew and the lobby are both positives. The lady that greeted me at the front desk was lovely and kind. And the lobby itself was a modern looking lobby. Albeit the resturuaunt is pricy but I presume that is out of the hotels control. Now time for the bad - our rooms were absolutely disgusting. Our first room had a large crack in the ceiling, broken closet door, stains on the ground, red stains on the couch and in the bathroom. The shower was dirty. Absolutely gross and made me question if I should lay in the bed.I went down to the front desk to see about a new room and was given a new room. It was slightly cleaner but still had stains throughout and dirty appliances. I have attached pictures of both rooms. All said, I would not recommend staying here and wish I read the reviews before booking. I just am used to a higher standard that the doubletree offers and was greatly disappointed in the stay as a whole. I would suggest looking at the other Hilton down the road and paying the extra money.Rooms: Dated and dirty

I wish I could say it was a positive experience, but this hotel needs work. For a Hilton property, it is a sad place.1. I was told before our arrival that a shuttle bus would pick us up at the airport. What they neglected to inform me was the shuttle bus will not go to the international terminal. So you are left having to wait in the transfer line bus for 30 minutes to go to the main terminal for the shuttle bus to pick you up. We ended up having to take a cab from the airport over to the airport hotel.2. We were told they had a restaurant on site that would remain open until 11 PM, so do not worry about needing food before you’re late check-in. Upon arrival, the restaurant closed at 10 so we were left having to order DoorDash because their so-called gift shop had zero items.3. The room was updated with new carpet and a comfortable bed, but the bathroom was outdated and moldy. It was dingy and to our surprise and disgust, public hairs and a lot of them remained in the shower when we checked in. How could this be considered cleaned!Thank God this was reserved ok points becuase I would demand a refund. If you are a traveler, and you are dedicated and loyal to the Hilton umbrella, do yourself a favor, and stay across the street at the Hilton Garden Hotel.

This place is trash from the start. It definitely doesn’t deserve to have the Hilton brand attached to it. Problem is once you book, they claim too bad it’s non refundable, no matter how horrible it is. I left and paid for a different hotel and just let them keep the money, that’s just how bad it is.

Worst hotel I have ever been to in my life! The elevator looks scary. The room is horrible, the closet door broken, the curtains dirty and stained with some brown and red liquid. The bathroom was disgusting?I couldn't even sit down, everything is broken, old and has a stink. It was an unpleasant experience. I hope the owner sees this message and makes something change.

I attempted to check in on Feb 10th;1am, through a purchased third party reservation. Timothy at the front desk advised me that I would have to pay at the counter and check in for my reservation was at 4pm. Timothy allowed me time to check with the third party reservation party to cancel my reservation but they were not able to refund me right away. Timothy checked on me through out the whole entire process. Once realizing that I wouldn't be refunded immediately for my previous purchase, I had no where to go. Since my flight was in a few hours literally, Timothy, God bless his soul and his home accommodated me and made sure I was safe, warm and comfortable during this inconvenience. Timothy didn't mistreat me or tell me to get out but politely assisted and got my refund back from the third party as well. He went above and beyond while assisting atleast 5 other people.
