This hotel is DATED!Stayed here with family - had 2 rooms booked.One of the rooms had marijuana smell and did not have a functioning A/C/Heater.Front desk attendant was able to change the room with some excuses for the marijuana.Lobby and bar area was spacious and looked clean/updated.The rooms are showing their age in some areas; small showers, closet door opening/closing issues, and shower handle falling off the wall.Location was questionable. Small parking lot that looked very dark.Unfortunately, I’ll be staying elsewhere next time in the are.

Had a wonderful experience. First that cookie we received was so delicious. The room was nice size, bed felt wonderful and the towels felt really good and soft. Self parking was a plus. Pet friendly also. Only thing next time is you all should steam or shampoo the carpet in 117. I definitely will be back.

Stayed for 4 day on business-Rooms amazing-Bed medium plush-Desk when pulled out was very close to the bed.-Lighting nice-Outlets good--wish they would have plugged the bed up had to crawl under to get the side table outlets.-Bath amazing and beautiful-Water pressure --medium-Hot water boiling point loved it!-No business center but there is an area to sit on the other side on the bar, and you can set in the bar area while not open.-breakfast buffet for $30, with the normal food you would find at any hotel.BIG ONE no microwave in the room but there is a microwave you can use on the 5th floor at the other end of the hotel.

The hotel lobby looks great and front desk agent was lovely and pleasant. The rooms are clean but there is an overwhelming insecticide smell in the room that’s very strong. The towels are horrible, small, rough dry and dingy. The beds are uncomfortable - my hip hurt the entire time during sleep.Nearby activities: It’s definitely not a walkable location but a 5 or 10 min Uber and you’re near all the restaurants and shopping centers.

I stayed at this hotel last night and was very disappointed with the shape of the hotel.At check in, the staff member seemed very disinterested, almost annoyed that I was checking in. I was given room 518 which reeked of cigarettes, so I asked for a different room. I was then given room 409 which smelled like fresh paint. My partner and I were exhausted from our flight and just wanted to sleep at this point, and figured we'd either be dealing with paint or cigarettes, so we just put up with the smell for the rest of the night.I would not recommend staying at this property.Rooms: Smells like either cigarettes or paint.

Friendly service. Enjoyed my time there. Didn't get a 5 due the sheets on the bed not being the best upon my arrival, however they resolved that with fresh sheets being brought to the room.Nearby activities: Close to the citySafety: Safe neighborhoodFood & drinks: The chicken is delicious

I will admit I had no idea this place was even here, not really any visible roadside signage. Upon driving into the parking lot, I will also admit my expectations based on the building, which looks very dated, was not a good 1st impression. HOWEVER, once I walked into this hotel, I was literally amazed. The hotel lobby, bar area, lounge and open area was like WOW, who would have thunk the inside looked so nice. The restroom off lobby and eating were very clean. The hotel had a fresh clean smell. Conference rooms are nice sized with smaller breakout rooms as well. Staff was pleasant, and management was visible helping patrons. This isn't a cheap place to stay, but you do seem to get the service, amenities, quality, and clean room. Great for business gathering's large or small events. So don't judge this book by its cover!

Weekend birthday getaway. There was a dog convention happening the same weekend. Boy was I shocked! Great bar. Friendly staff. Check in was fast! Room was nice. Bed comfy with plenty of pillows. No special window views. My room had lots of water spots on the ceiling. Woke up to a water leak in the bathroom. The problem was fixed. Location was close to plenty of food shopping and activities.

Have stayed here a few days at a time the past few weeks for work. The front desk staff is always friendly. Remembers who I am. The service at the bar/restaurant is great. Rooms are clean and updated. Will continue to stay here for my business trips.

This is our go to when on the highway. From check in to check out, we have had no problems. Staff is friendly and a good location as well. The bar is cool for unwinding and the place is clean, clean, clean!!! I love the space in the rooms, and it's our go to. I highly recommend for a great cost friendly stay!

The hotel is located in a nice quiet area with plenty of parking, and quick access to the freeway. The hotel is a bit outdated, and has a smell in the hallways. My bed and pillows were very uncomfortable and I was afraid to walk on the carpet without socks. On the first night of the stay, a bug crawled out from under the desk. I was able to kill it but it made me concerned that there could be more, so beware if you choose to stay at this location. I paid almost 500.00 for three nights and had a subpar experience. For what is being charged per night, the experience should always be 5 star.Rooms: Not comfortable but very quiet.

NEVER again! The staff was friendly and helpful however my family and I will never book here again. This hotel doesn’t deserve “Hilton” behind its name. They are pet friendly and animals weren’t leashed. The rooms were dusty like no one had stayed in them in forever. They weren’t all that clean you can tell they were half cleaned or rushed. The microwave in the lobby was so filthy we were about to check out early. Water bugs were dead in the hallways for days. It looks as if they don’t have enough room services workers. I also pulled hair out my suppository clean face towel?Never ever ever again! Old gum was in our lamp shade in the room 1/10 We purchased 6 double bedrooms.

It’s a great location to avoid the traffic in the Perimeter area. The hotel room was clean and spacious. They customer service wasn’t great, but that didn’t ruin the stay. Wish they allowed you to get more than just the cookies at check in like other Double Trees have in the past!Rooms: Spacious and clean.

The hotel staff was nice upon arrival. The chocolate chip walnut cookies that they give you upon arrival was delicious. The room smelled good and it was clean. I also had the Cesar salad and tenders, it was delicious

Checked out of Hotel 7/14/2023. I realized I left an Item behind. When I called the hotel, the front desk person stated I would need to call back tomorrow morning when "maid services" was open. Did not ask me for my name or call back number, did not care about the importance of the item. Called back next day 7/15, Front desk stated, "I will try to get you in contact with someone." They just transferred me to some number where no one answered. Called again later & was informed they were closed & they couldn't help me. My boyfriend called for the next several days struggling to find someone that would help assist with the issue. Finally, a call back 7/18 and they state nothing was found or left behind. This hotel has the worst customer service. They were not willing to help nor did they show any sort of care or concern. Additionally, we had Ants crawling in our Bathroom & the AC Unit did not work well at all.
