They raised my premium by $40/month for no reason so I switched to another insurance on the 1st of April. I requested the new company cancel my policy with Allstate as of the 2nd. And
I thought nothing of it until yesterday (nearly a month later) when I got an email stating that I owed them $32 and I got a phone call from their office today. So, I called them back to see what was going on and got nothing but attitude and condescending non-answers to my questions. I got so frustrated I hung up on the rep. I had to call corporate to get my questions answered and the situation resolved. My suggestion to the owner would be to get a new customer service/retention specialist because the one there now is terrible and will cost him money in the long run.

I recently switched to Allstate from a different insurance that was charging me an arm, leg, and foot to pay. I spoke with a agent who was very helpful and thorough. Gave me the most detailed information to help make the best decisions for my personal policy. Also picked up renters insurance added on my policy!
