I can't say enough great things about Dog Days Midtown. My boy, Monty, has been going here since he was 4 or 5 months old. As a puppy, the staff made sure to keep an extra close eye on him and give him a lot of breaks throughout the day. Even now, I feel like the staff takes special care of each of the dogs there. They let me know how he did that day and which of his friends he played with the most; it is nice to know they treat all the dogs like they were their own.
Everyone I've interacted with has been super helpful. From Brice and Bria who I see more often to Rocky the groomer who I run into from time to time. Brice also takes wonderful photos of the dogs, and the team puts on fun events like a Halloween costume contest that is going on now. I definitely recommend Dog Days Midtown for both daycare and boarding!

The staff here is so kind and takes such great care of the pups. My little girl can be anxious in new places but she is very comfortable here and always has a great time. Grooming services are very convenient and I love all the special events they do like photos and post cards. Highly recommend this place if you only trust the best to take care of your fur baby!

If I could’ve give zero stars I would. I tried to give this location a second chance because I understand things happen but this is unacceptable. I booked and had a confirmed appointment for my fur baby back in March. I fight through traffic to get her there to then be told “we can’t see her the appointment can’t be found”. I told them exactly who I spoke to and who had confirmed the appointment. She came from the back and said “I kinda remembering speaking to you but it’s not confirmed in the system and the groomer already took their last appointment.” (Strike one) Wow I was flabbergasted non the less. Three days ago I put in a request for my fur baby online. I check to see if the appointment was approved and it was still showing requested. I call and speaking with someone who states that the date requested is booked but my baby could be seen today at 12:30. I then proceed to confirm the armor Dr location, time, and asked are we sure because this happened to me last time. She reassured me that it was approved she could and would be seen that I had nothing to worry about. Less than 10 mins later I get a call from the shop stating that I had to rebook because the groomer is backed up. I understand that things happen but twice and every time, it’s unacceptable.

Absolutely incredible grooming experience! The team was able to squeeze our baby in. We have had previous groomers who said our puppy was too much of a hassle to groom. As a result, we had an 11 month old schnoodle who had only had her face groomed, leaving mats and knots. Rocky at Dog Days took great care of her girl, gave her the short schnauzer cut like we asked, and had no complaints about our puppy's behavior! We could not be happier with the care put into the groom and the service. All of future appointments will be with Rocky!

Took my Yorkipoo Brooklyn to this facility for the first time and it was great! Will definitely be going back monthly for her grooming!!

POTENTIAL ABUSE! Multiple dog parents have attempted to pick up their dogs today but no one is here. We all arrived within the 4-6 pm window. When we called the phone number we were routed to a contact center who says they tried calling the alternative contact but no one was answering. Since we were all calling this contact has been ignoring multiple calls for hours. I noticed there were no dogs on the webcam today and thought that was odd. It appears no one has been here all day. The dogs inside may not have been relieved or given water at any point. We have contacted the police to investigate further.*****FOLLOW UP AS OF 2/14/24- I received a call from corporate yesterday. They expressed genuine empathy and offered sincere apologies regarding the situation, and have since implemented measures to prevent its recurrence. Furthermore, it appears they have taken decisive steps to hold those involved accountable in this regrettable incident.

Great service and always a happy pup when she comes home. Wish they posted a pic on insta or had cameras but overall a great place to board your dog.
