It's that time of year where there is an emphasis on better health. As such, after grabbing lunch from Chopt (told you there's an emphasis) I decided to stop past Discount Nutrition. Upon walking in I fell in love with the floor plan. The main area is open allowing for easy movement throughout the store. The supplements are all lined along the wall and paired by the overall purpose. This is a great setup for a person like myself who is new to the supplements world. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the staff. After her super pleasant welcome and warm smile she asked me if I needed any help. Boy did I ever!!! LoL. I was looking for a natural appetite suppressant and metabolism booster. Having the closing time listed as 7 PM on both Google AND your official website versus being closed at 6:30 PM and seeing “7ish” on your door is just…not good business practice? Selection here is pretty good, but I feel like establishing definitive times of operation is a basic part of running a business.

The Customer service was Great and the people working there are very knowledgeable about the products. The level of comfort in asking them questions and receiving answers is the best experience anyone can have as a customer. The folks here have been there and done that in the fitness world. They've been around for a very long time, and are the best in the business. This isn't Mr. Roger's neighborhood where you're dealing with someone barely out of their teens that barely knows what BCAA's do.Worth the trip even if you're OTP.

It's an ok store and have almost everything that you need and its very clean, however the staff is not knowledgeable of their products and a bit challenging when questioned about their recommendations. Went to by a protein for baking and the person attending have no idea about such thing and became defensive and even annoyed when I explained that Yes there are such thing.I wish the staff would be better oriented to accept feedback and to even hear what the costumer needs are without being passive aggressive and defensive.Honestly will not shop there again and do not recommend it!
