At first, I really didn't think I could get a good rate with our past driving record but Lindsey proved me wrong!! Yes, there was some things she pointed out on our record that caught me by surprised, but she worked with me on it and got me exactly what I needed....CHEAPER CAR INSURANCE!! She's wonderful at what she does and all I can say about her is "We Need More Lindseys in the Auto Insurance business"

I have been with direct auto since I moved here. I Never gave a second thought to changing. They periodically review my policies to make sure I am getting the best deal–and when adjustments need to be made, they make them. Lindsay McDowell is my usual contact but everyone there is always helpful.
