I finally got the privilege of working with Iris with Dimension Mortgage after YEARS of searching for a home. Given her patience with me over the years, there was no way I would consider anyone else for the mortgage process. Iris guided me step-by-step with her extensive knowledge and educated me on the various options available. She was thorough which allowed my process to go seamlessly. And I was able to close early! I can't express enough my gratitude for a job that was more than well done. It was flawless! Thank you so much!

Listen! Ms Iris is everything you need and some. The time she spent making sure I got the house I truly wanted may have spoiled me. I am not sure I would’ve had a better lender and realtor team if I went anywhere else. The process wasn’t easy but she stayed committed. Even when it came to closing; Ms Iris had other obligations but made it her business to be there to share my special closing moment with me. Ms Iris was like the lending aunty I didn’t know I needed. Thank you for all your work helping me get into my first home. I love it!

The ONLY mortgage company I have used and the only one I will ever use. ( House number three.) Detailed, organized, honest. I was told exactly what I needed to close on my house on time. Iris is top of the line! I have recommended her for over 12years. Don't think about it just call Dimensions!!!!

This was one of the easiest processes I have ever experienced. Dimensions Mortgage was extremely efficient and professional. They communicated extremely well and set the expectations early on in the process. They are extremely client focused to bring value that other firms cannot. The customer service was first class. I am a client forever and will definitely use them for my next real estate acquisition. Highly recommend!

Mrs. Iris Wood is excellent at what she does! As a flight attendant it was important for me to work with someone who is familiar with the airline industry. Thankfully Mrs. Wood had that experience, due to previous clients, and was able to put her best foot forward when securing a home loan for me.
