I've had this ring for exactly 17 days and I wish I would have never bought it. The section where the ring was extended is already turning green and I paid over $500 for it. I read my receipt too late because it says I only have one week to exchange it, which means they know their jewelry is bogus.That's what I get for buying jewelry at a store without a reputable brand.

Simran was fantastic! Her knowledge, attention to detail and customer service was phenomenal. I typically don’t purchase jewelry but Simran guided me through the process and educated me on the different specifications and diamonds. I've come here many times to look at their watches and each time I've been greeted with a warm friendly welcome regardless of circumstances, I've been treated extremely well and the lady there has gone above and beyond for me everytime.

Very unhappy with the poor quality and over price diamond ring I sold. After spending $1056 on a ring I recently took it in for an appraisal and found out the ring was only 10k gold, scrap quality diamonds, and wasn't worth more than $75. I went back to them to explain what I found out and basically all they said was to bad! Buyers beware when dealing with this store. I will not be back. I wish I would have read all the other reviews before I came here.

I went back to a different location that repaired the newly bought BROKEN jewelry From Diamond Ring Company. I wanted to speak to the owner about the lack of professionalism from my previous visit. They were in there arguing with another customer. Told the man to hurry up and decide. As if him wanting to have options was too time consuming for a sales person. NEVER NEVER NEVER SHOP HERE! Seems as if they work on an attitude of entitlement and not kind help customer service.

I select 2 Rings, agreed on a price. Was honest and shared with them that I was going to check another store and come back even if I didn’t get the ring from them respectively. I went back next day, following up and selected the ring I wanted. After giving my deposit on my card, he came up with a totally different agreement on the terms. This place comforts you all the way to the cash register, then change on you as if you are stupid ??
