Worse car wash ever! Customer service from a young supervisor is unacceptable. He is rude and would not address damages done to the inside of my car. A formal complaint was issued with the BBB!

Took 2 hours for them to attempt cleaning my car! After spending two hours of my Sunday they washed it but didn't touch the front end where all the bugs were and the windshield! I saw two other customers who were behind me get their cars finished before myself. They're Not great respecting peoples time. Crazy thing is I still tipped for poor service!

Called to make an appointment for tomorrow (Monday) and was talked into coming in today, man asked how far away I was and I told him 10 minutes.9 minutes later he called me back and canceled. Very strange customer service style .

Prices have went up but service has declined over the past month or so. The job seems rushed even though I attempted to go earlier within the day- 1-2 hrs after they opened. The car isn’t washed properly still leaving dried bugs on the front panel of the car, the workers climb up on the side of the open door to wash the top of the car but leave dirt/ mud on the inside the car- why not use the step ladder that’s there. Overall I’ve tried at least 2 different time as the service once was great- I commute 30 minutes to get here. Will be exploring other places.Please hire a new set of workers that are here to provide excellent service and not rush jobs to make a profit.Service: Auto detailing

They do a thorough job here. Been bringing my car and my wife’s car for couple months now, always satisfied with the work. Great price for how well they do. Does take some time but worth it.

The outside of my car looked (mostly) good and the inside somewhat did too, but after making it home and getting a good look, I realized they did not clean it thoroughly. There’s still dust and barbecue sauce around my gear shift and cup holder. Also, getting out of the parking lot is nearly impossible because you’re forced to exit the same way you enter. It took me nearly 10 minutes to get out while several workers watched. One even started being condescending. After telling him about himself, one of the other workers finally helped me maneuver out of there.
