I work for a funeral home and had to pick up the remains for a family we were serving, and I was helped in every step of the way by the employees.

5 hours and waiting on one parcel. Employees goofing off, very loud music and dancing. If I have a choice next time if ait freight anything IT WILL NOT BE WITH DELTA.

We are a military family that is coming to Fort Moore GA from Brussels Belgium and had our pets flown through Air France into ATL and pick up was here. We paid for a pet shipper and a pet brooker and spent thousands of dollars getting these dogs back to the States. I was in touch with the pet shipper and broker the entire time and they sent all documentation to me throughout the process yet when I went to pick up the dogs they claimed the dogs did not have the correct paperwork and could not be picked up unless I pay all fees. I showed them all my documents and they said “that’s not what our system shows”. Our dogs landed at 1:50 and sat in the non air conditioned bay until after 6:30. We were not allowed to see the dogs, they refused to speak to my pet brooker and just made us sit and wait. 3 children that just spent over 24 hours flying internationally that were crying and hot and we sat. Then when I finally said we were going to leave for an hour to get food, somehow the pets were magically released. Absolutely ridiculous. I do not recommend this place for anyone that has a pet! They did not care at all about the welfare of the dogs nor getting the problem fixed in a timely manner. Avoid if at all possible!

Amazing customer service! Everyone worked together as a hard-working team! This was my second time visiting Delta Cargo to pick up my Cockatiels. This department is organized as well.

Very very very f... I have never seen such indifference. Unloading takes 15 minutes, but waiting before unloading and after unloading to receive papers takes 3-4 hours. Do not take cargo here or you will regret it 10 times.

Everytime we come to the Delta breezeway it's atleast a 3 hour wait, and Noone knows what's going on. Southwest is 10 times better

We got a cat from Romainia. Everyone was very nice, and the delivery went off without a hitch. For live animal deliveries, Go to door sixty and check in after the flight has arrived.
